Enjoy central Madrid from a design apartment beside Gran Vía, on Calle Caballero de Gracia. There is a separate double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two, an open kitchen and a shower room. The dining table and bedroom desk give you space to spend time at home between outings. ONE BEDROOM AND A LIVING ROOM FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS The separate bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a desk beside the window. For the third and fourth guests, the living-room sofa converts into a double bed: these guests sleep in the living area, not in a second bedroom. LIVING AND DINING AREAS The living room has a sofa, television and side tables, with wood finishes continuing towards the kitchen. A round dining table provides a place to eat together, while the breakfast bar has stools. The windows face the building's inner surroundings: the apartment is beside Gran Vía but does not offer panoramic views of the avenue. OPEN KITCHEN The kitchen forms part of the shared living area and includes a two-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, blender and cooking utensils. A washing machine is also available for laundry during your stay. BATHROOM One full bathroom with a glass-screen shower, washbasin and toilet. The photographs show its layout and access from inside the apartment. CLIMATE CONTROL AND WORKSPACE There are two air-conditioning and heating units. The desk and chair are in the bedroom, and the apartment has wifi. The separate bedroom allows sleeping and living activities to be kept apart, bearing in mind that the sofa bed occupies the living room when in use. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests included in the booking. The entrance hall, passage through the courtyard and lift are shared building areas. Entry is self-service using a smart lock. You will receive access instructions in your booking guide before arrival. IMPORTANT FOR LUGGAGE AND MOBILITY The lift is at the back of the building, beyond the mailboxes and inner courtyard. Take it to the fourth floor, then walk down half a flight of stairs to the apartment, between the third and fourth floors. Access is therefore not step-free. There is no private parking space included. Public paid car parks are available in the area. The apartment is on Calle Caballero de Gracia, beside Gran Vía in central Madrid. It is a practical base for combining theatres, shops, restaurants and city visits without needing a car for every journey. From here you can plan walks towards Puerta del Sol, Chueca, Calle de Alcalá or the Cibeles area. Gran Vía has shops, cinemas and musicals, with cafés and restaurants in the surrounding streets. This is an urban area with shopping and nightlife. The location particularly suits couples or small groups who value staying centrally and returning to the apartment between outings. ON FOOT Gran Vía is beside the apartment. Puerta del Sol and other central sights can be visited on foot; check an up-to-date route for your destination and walking pace. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Gran Vía station (lines 1 and 5) and Sevilla station (line 2) are nearby reference points. Check the route and service status when travelling from the airport, Atocha or Chamartín, especially with luggage. BY CAR The apartment has no private parking space. The guide lists public paid car parks nearby, such as Plaza del Carmen. Before driving into the centre, check the current access conditions for your vehicle with the car park. Parking is not included in the booking. BEFORE BOOKING • Maximum capacity: 4 guests.
