The apartment features one double bed for two guests and one sofa bed for one additional guest. Please note that, as shown in the photos, all areas of the apartment are located within the same open space. With modern decor, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home, whether you’re visiting for work, study, or leisure.

The bathroom and kitchen are also fully equipped with all the amenities you need for the best stay.

As a guest, you’ll have access to:

The famous Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and Royal Palace are all within a 10- to 15-minute walk.

This is the perfect location to explore Madrid on foot, allowing you to experience its historical charm, bustling squares, markets, tapas bars, and lively street life without needing a car.

The apartment is very well connected by public transportation. The Tirso de Molina metro station is just 3 minutes away, and you’ll also be close to the Lavapiés, Anton Martín, and La Latina stations, offering direct connections to the rest of the city. Within 20 minutes on foot or by metro, you can reach the Prado Museum, Gran Vía, Reina Sofía, Atocha Station, and more.

For those arriving or getting around by taxi or ride-sharing services, the area has good access to public and private transportation.

- The property is a standalone ground-floor unit with direct access from the street.
Due to its central location, you may hear street noise during your stay.

- It has split-system air conditioning and heating, as well as a ceiling fan.
- The bedroom is attached to the living room and separated only by a partition.
- The bathroom is inside the bedroom, so you must walk through it to access it.
- There is a small inner courtyard accessible through the bathroom.

- The maximum occupancy of the accommodations are 3 guests, with the following sleeping arrangements:

- One double bed (2 guests)
- One sofa bed (1 guest)

The accommodations are equipped with:
- Two towels per guest

Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
