Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato per 12 ospiti nel centro di Madrid, a 7 minuti a piedi da Puerta del Sol e Plaza Mayor, a 1 minuto da Plaza "Tirso de Molina".

Appena ristrutturato, lussuoso e spazioso appartamento (120 m2) proprio nel centro della città, vicino a Plaza de Tirso de Molina e tutti i grandi e deve vedere siti e attrazioni di questa meravigliosa città. L'offerta culturale e gastronomica della zona è incredibile. Ideale per famiglie e gruppi. Ideale per un ottimo soggiorno.
Appartamento in un edificio completamente ristrutturato del XIX secolo. È stato completamente rinnovato e ristrutturato con qualità lussuose. Ha tutti i servizi per un soggiorno piacevole come l'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento in ogni stanza, WiFi ad alta velocità e persino ascoltare la musica con l'altoparlante bluetooth. La strada dell'appartamento è sicura e tranquilla. L'appartamento ha un'ottima insonorizzazione, permettendo ai nostri ospiti di riposarsi in modo da poter sfruttare al meglio la loro visita.
L'appartamento è comunicato in modo eccezionale con l'aeroporto e le stazioni ferroviarie. Il quartiere ha diversi parcheggi a prezzi competitivi per chi arriva in auto. Offriamo tutto ciò di cui i nostri ospiti potrebbero aver bisogno per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole e sfruttare al meglio la loro visita a Madrid.

C'è un parcheggio pubblico a 350 m vicino all'appartamento.

L'appartamento è di 120 m2 per 12 ospiti con 5 camere da letto.
La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato e ha un letto matrimoniale molto confortevole (140x200 cm).
La camera da letto più di 3 ha letto doppio e molto confortevole (140x200 cm), sopra una camera da letto ha una camera superiore (unik per i bambini). Inoltre ci sono divani trasformati in una camera matrimoniale (140x200 cm) per altri due ospiti. La maggior parte delle camere da letto sono interni, senza rumore, permettendo ai nostri ospiti di riposare. Ci sono 2 bagni - uno con vasca (in particolare per i bambini) e un'altra doccia, sono dotati di doccia e tutto il necessario, tra cui un asciugacapelli e un tappetino. Inoltre c'è un altro WC separato
La cucina aperta è completamente attrezzata e dotata di un combi-frigo in stile americano, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè, bollitore, tostapane, asciugatrice, stoviglie e posate. Il frigorifero è molto grande e ideale per memorizzare il cibo di 12 persone. C'è la lavatrice, che è molto comoda per brevi soggiorni.
È uno spazio molto pratico per la colazione, il pranzo e la cena o solo per il caffè.
C'è un tavolo da pranzo per 12 commensali.
C'è divano a forma di L che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale di 140x200 cm, dove due ospiti possono dormire. Inoltre ci sono due chaise longue nel salotto. C'è anche una TV via cavo e uno specchiatore bluetooth per ascoltare una grande musica. Il soggiorno ha un balcone. Il salotto ha un'ottima insonorizzazione, quindi i nostri ospiti dormiranno pacificamente anche se soggiornano nel cuore di un vivace Madrid.

It was easy to hop on the Metro or walk to a number of places. We especially enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner. The space was plenty big for two families. We were really happy with it!

This place was big enough for everyone to have their own rooms, which made teens and young adults happy. Ohad provided excellent communication and even arranged a van from the airport that accommodated our whole party. The house was clean and nicely decorated. It was great that our host was there to meet us at the house and give us an introduction to the apartment and city, including restaurant and site seeing recommendations. A/C in rooms were much appreciated in the hot weather. And, as my title says, the location! We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do.

Great location! Recommend breakfast at Pum Pum bakery just next door. The property was perfect for our needs. We had 3 adults, 3 older teenagers and one child. The loft was perfect for the child. No AC up there but had a fan. There are 2 full baths and one toilet room. That was helpful for a large group! The artwork in the home is fun and eclectic. The master bed and bath are farther from the rest allowing for privacy. The washer works great but no dryer. However, there is a laundromat one minute walk away to dry clothes. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

First this is listed as a 6 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom at best, and they count the loft area and the couch/living room as another bedroom. The apartment is clearly a loft with a bunch of walls added to make it a multi-room home. The kitchen is poorly equipped and the place was dusty, likely bc there is on-going construction in and around the building. We were not informed that the tenant below is undergoing a renovation project and there was loud banging and construction noise ALL day on the two weekdays we were there- being that we were traveling with small children who need to nap, this was a big problem. Next many things in the house were broken and exposing dangerous nails ( sliding door to one of the rooms) and broken glass (tv stand) - while management was responsive; and sent a repair person 2 days into our stay, it was clearly not something that could have been missed had someone responsible for the unit and not just a booking agent had taken a look at the property before a guest checked in. Overall we were highly disappointed. We had 8 adults and 2 children and between the fewer than listed rooms and only 2 bathrooms for that many guests - we were counting down the days to be able to check out. Apologies if this is harsh, but better for others who are not just a group of college students looking for a crash pad to know before getting duped by the same false advertising and booking a place that is falling apart.

it was great in respect to distance to historic parts and museums. at first you feel its not a good nieborhood but it is very safe and very convenient to get to diffrent places. groceries are within walking. the owner and management are very welcoming and they are very helpful. apartment was very comfortable even though we were 12 people we had no issue.

This place was great! Very centrally located. Easy access to transportation. Ohad was awesome!!! Very informative prior to the trip and throughout. Has access to great tour guides, car services, great places to eat and overall travel to Europe from the US. Would recommend.

Sounds crazy I know but the two chairs you see in the ad are HORRIBLE! they have springs sticking through the cushion and are virtually unusable. We were 9 and those seats were needed! The place could use a fresh coat of paint and some sprucing up. I believe the pictures online are a few years old. Great location and roomy. The hosts are excellent and the communication before during and after were excellent!

Hi- the apartment was good. Very clean. 2.5 bathrooms and a good amount of room in general. We were 2 moms (best friends) and our 4 teen kids traveling. We are seasoned travelers so not easily phased by living in urban centers. The Furniture was IKEA and a couple pieces could be replaced Bc they are showing wear but it very clean and the location was great- really really close to Tirosa de Molina (square with 24 grocery, restaurants etc) and a short walk to plaza mayor - the big super well known plaza. It was on a very small street that didn’t look like much from outside in a very urban neighborhood but Inside it was good. The loft room is reached by a wooden ladder so it is good for kids (teens) or spry young adults. There was one issue with a downstairs neighbor (I think he in general not thrilled with vrbo) - and was upset we were using showers on first night and came by to tell us this— and he also liked to party at night on the weekend nights we were there — but it was nothing abnormal for a city— but Ohad dealt with him immediately and was a very good host. He even helped me find a great sushi place for my son’s bday. Overall it was a great place to stay if you are good with staying in a city area rather than a fancier tourist area.

From the moment we booked, Ohad and his team were always communicating with us. Easy and friendly check-in. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, big kitchen with basics inc some spices and coffee. The laundry was very helpful. Location is so close to metro, markets and major sites. We are so happy we found this place. We had a very positive experience while staying in Madrid . The staff were very organized , proactive and accessible . The flat is very clean , spacious and central to within a 20 minute walk of most attractions . The only negative is that some of the neighbors can be loud late at nite so bring ear plugs . Overall I would recommend this flat to anyone traveling to central Madrid

Ohad's apartment was in a great old neighborhood in the heart of Old Madrid, just a few blocks from the Plaza Mayor. We could walk to several of the nearby sights, or they were just a few Metro Stops away.There was plenty space for our adult family of 8. We were close to the Metro, Tapas, Restaurants, ATM and Grocery Store. The fixtures and finishes were modern with great Air Conditioning, (even at the end of September it was in the high 90's), they even had Netflix. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were met by the host and given tips on places to eat and see. We were there for just a few days but really felt like we were a temporary Local not just a Tourist. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Stayed here with 5 friends in October 2017 and can't recommend it enough. It has plenty of rooms (we were 6 guys and each had a bed to ourselves and most of us had our own room), a kitchen area with dining table and a living room and it is spotlessly clean. It's ideally situated for the centre of Madrid and there are plenty of great bars only 100m away in Plaza Tirso de Molina. Communications with Ohad were brilliant and the apartment handover with Ida couldn't be easier. Next time i am in Madrid i will try to rent this apartment again - the highest accolade i could give it.

Location ideal since for the most part, walking distance to many of Madrid's tourist attractions - might consider the metro if going to museum district (Prado), Salamanca, or the Madrid palace (never made it there) since those are probably at least a 20 minute walk for an average person (worse if traveling in heat of summer). Initial impression of the apartment was in the back alley and appearance was questionable so that I had to double check the address. Once inside the apartment, rooms were sufficient and beds comfortable, but with 10 people, it did start to feel a little cramped. Had issues with the electricity going out when using the washing machine and cooking food at the same time; had issues with trying to unlock bathroom doors once locked so we just made it a policy to leave the bathroom door open to mean it is empty and if closed, then it is occupied since did not want to lock the bathroom.

We have just been in oHad's apartment with my 10 friends. We had a great time. The apartment is clean, spacious and in an ideal location for walking or by metro to the center of Madrid. I would highly recommend it! Thanks Ohad!
