This unique 1 bedroom flat in the heart of Madrid mixes modern dark finishings and unique design.

Walk into the 70 square meter flat to find a long dining table adjacent to the living room with a couch. Glass doors divide the living area with the patio. The indoor patio is fitted with a private office as well as chill out area which doubles as a convertible double bed. The space is adorned with white draping along the windows. The patio leads to a long terrace which has an outside dining area at one end and a lounge area at the other.

The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The terrace is accessible from the bedroom as well. The bathroom comes with full shower and fresh towels. The kitchen down the hall from the living room is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and appliances.

*Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
