This accommodations are located on the first floor of the building, on a very quiet street. It’s a loft-style, two-story unit with an open floor plan. It sleeps up to 5 people, with a double bed upstairs and a single bed. There’s also a 2-meter-by-2-meter sofa bed downstairs. It’s in a quiet area, in the La Latina neighborhood—a traditional, authentic Madrid neighborhood.

The space
The upper level is the bedroom, which has two beds. One is a double bed and the other is a single bed.
The sofa converts into a large bed for two people.
It has a bathroom with a shower, which also houses the washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay.
And in the living room, there’s a sofa, a desk with plenty of natural light, and a large TV for relaxing
