“Very small. Basically equipped. No oven. Bathroom stank of sewage. Unusable. Certainly too small to sleep up to 6 people. Ludicrous. There was no instruction of how to get into the property which had a key pad, no lights on, place in complete darkness. We rang the owner who didn't answer. Finally a man arrived who claimed not to know the owner.???? If that was true how did he know to come? He didn't know how to get in. “La primera vez que me ha pasado en un hotel que me han dado una habitación con gente dentro y con todas sus pertenencias la habitación que me dieron a las 4 de la tarde ruidosa y poco atención a los clientes”

“Friendly and helpful Front Office Team. The Hostel is however featured as business, but it lacks of quality and services for someone that looks for a comfort stay. Kitchen had simply two microwaves and 4/5 high stand up chairs, getting crowded when more people wanted to eat together. Cleanliness was not at all in line with the expectations for a Business Hostel, as they cleaned common areas and bathrooms just once per day. Definitely recommend the property to revise these cleaning standards.”

“Overall, it offers good value for money. However, there is a lack of privacy, as the sleeping areas are quite open and noise from other beds, including snoring, can be very disruptive. The beds are currently separated only by wooden screens, and better partitioning would significantly improve guests’ comfort and privacy.”

“Solicité una reservación para hospedarme cerca del aeropuerto, y mi reservación la pasó para el día siguiente, la solicité para pasar la noche ahí, nadie me contestó y no pudieron reembolsarme mi dinero y ni pude quedarme en la habitación! Pésimo servicio por ambas partes ”
