“Staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus reservation made it easy to go to the airport. Breakfast was pleasant. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, at least 10-15 min by walking. I felt safe inside as it was a gated hotel.”

“The hotel was very inviting and clean… were greeted with a cold drink and a cold wet towel for the heat… staff is incredibly nice and hospitable.. the room was very spacious and clean.. my favorite was the big roomy shower and huge towels!! The food, not so much. They need a big improvement on the food, the Chicken, rice and fruit was good for their morning brunch… but not even the coffee was good, please improve for a more quality stay.. but thank you… it was great to stay there.. QUIET”

“Good breakfast Staff friendly and courteous Front desk need to improve their service, they dont answer the phone calls so i booked online and when i tried to book in person the lady told me that there’s no more vacancy for June 18 but when i booked online again there’s actually vacant rooms .”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst in Palawan. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added extra, and a free shuttle to and from the nearby airport which is only 15 minutes away. The staff were so helpful, courteous, friendly and polite. We shall return here one day soon with our four grown up children here, it was that good. 😊 It’s a ten star ⭐ from us. Exemplary hospitality here at Alvea hotel.”

“The air-conditioning is fair. The room is a little bit off; there's a bugs and ants on the floor. The beddings less presentable. No faucet on the sink. Shower water a bit smelly. We didn't have breakfast because it's a bit late against booked activities. And honestly, aside from its condition it's too far from the city center so we just spent a night there and transferred somewhere.”
