“Decisamente un ottimo hotel: check in e check out molto veloci, personale gentile, camera grande e pulita. Unica stranezza … il bagno in ingresso alla camera. Situato in ottima posizione vicino alle attrazioni principali. Il ristorante sottostante veramente ottimo ! ”

“I really appreciate my staying in the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The area is great. The apartment is amazing! ”

“Beautiful and cosy place just few steps away from the center. The atmosphere is exactly what you are expecting from a Scottish Hotel. Unfortunately for 2nights we had some problems with the heating and the noise the radiator was making. After the first night, when I showed the reception our concern, they told us that someone would have fixed it. None did. After the second night, at the check out I expressed again our concern and disappointment. The person at the desk checked what was not done....

“Most overpriced hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No valet parking, tired rooms. Feels more like a 4 star hotel at best yet over £1000 a night.”

“Very impressed with this place, and we only stayed for a single day, but wish we had booked here longer. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and well equipped. Showers and bathroom big. They had a main lobby area with a coffee machine, teas, and plenty of snacks and foods for purchase. The units were connected/adjacent to the mall, located right near Waverley station. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly.”

“Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. There is a little patio type thing that could be accessed by the bedroom, however the furniture out there looked dirty and it didn’t appear it was cleaned at all ever. Should just remove...

“Albergo molto bello e con posizione ottima, letteralmente al centro di Edimburgo vicinissimo alla centralissima Princes Street. La camera era molto spaziosa e luminosa. Servizi ottimi, in camera presente caffè, acqua, tè, cioccolata calda. Minibar fornito. Bagno spazioso con molti confort, accappatoi, asciugamani di tutte le dimensioni.”
