Welcome to "Greenview" Condominium, hosted by Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes! Enjoy the Maggie Valley Country Club where all our guests are invited to enjoy the amenities! With mountain views overlooking the 8th green, this nicely updated resort condo is easily accessible, and includes an elevator for easy access from the parking area, a covered balcony, new high end furnishings, a king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a king guest bedroom, high speed internet and more! Located on the second floor with a personal parking space located right near the stairs.

Enjoy cooking in our chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you could possibly need. This home has both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig.

This home is equipped with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room (70"). Netflix, HBO Max, DirectTV Stream, and Samsung live TV + subscriptions are all included on the huge 70" smart TV in the living room!

Enjoy the four seasons of WNC with quick access to golf, ski slopes, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Harrah s Casino, hiking, and so much more! Only 30 minutes to all of the conveniences of Asheville and the airport.

3 minutes to downtown Maggie Valley.
10 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway.
10 minutes to Waynesville, NC.
25 minutes to Harrah’s Casino, Cherokee gambling.
30 minutes to Asheville, NC, where the Biltmore House is.

The Condo is very comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Excellent communication with the rental agency. The elevator is a life saver for moving in and out. Easy access with low level roads. I prefer a condo with the company of other people rather than a secluded area - but that is my preference.

We booked the week of the evening the Mini Truck Nationals here. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spotless, felt like home. The view off our porch was the golf course and the valley. It was easy the perfect location to everything. Communication was quick and effective if we needed anything. We hope to book again next year! It really made our weekend! Highly recommended!!

Excellent Option for Maggie Valley

Myself, my 11 year old and my brother in law drove up for a quick 2 days of skiing in Maggie Valley. The property was super convenient to the ski resort and downtown Maggie Valley. We had everything that we needed. We were also able to use the garage which is a nice perk! I’d like to come back later in the year to take advantage of being right on the golf course!

Is this the getaway for you?? Not us!

We liked the neighborhood and the location-- communication with the managers was good.. Several things about the condo-- most important was not enough hot water-- only two of us took short showers and the water turned cold--- the other two family members had to wait to take showers at the end the day. Also there were lots of dead lady bugs in the master bathroom and the bedroom- I did communicate these issues to the manager. Our biggest problem staying here was that there was only one old Electric car charger in the area and we couldn't charge our Tesla except one hours' drive away-- that was impossible for us as we wanted to go skiing every day. And Maggie Valley ski area was so over crowded that the wait to get up the mountain for only three lifts was bad! Also the number off new skiers and snowboarders that were inexperienced was dangerous . The property needs more supervision and better safety for all! Overall an unsuccessful weekend location--- better to ski out west!

We enjoyed our stay in Maggie Valley over New Years. This condo was in a great location to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, and a simple, simple process during rental.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was beautifully and comfortably furnished, and the location was perfect for access to everything we wanted to visit in the area. Quiet, since it was off the main street, but easy access to sites to the east and to the west of Maggie Valley. Highly recommend!
