“Very cozy and clean room, host is super kind and available at all times. Very good breakfast.”

“Il soggiorno è andato piuttosto bene. Camera pulita, e molto comoda.

“Had a great weekend at the Brown Trout food was fantastic rooms lovely”

“Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay. Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty. We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up...

“Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room.”

The room was quite basic and poor, the mattress hard and the pillow uncomfortable. The breakfast was also poor and "synthetic". The pool was crowded of children screaming, running end diving. For my wife was impossible to stay the 5 minutes in all. When i have checked out and we complained about all the lady at the desk laughed in our...

“Beautiful room and bathroom. Loved the tub and a stroll in the gardens.”
