“Staff brilliant, room was clean and functional with lots of space and storage (huge win). The shower wasn’t great - it couldn’t decide between the temperature I set and scolding hot and freezing cold - meaning that it was a stressful shower! The air con is incredibly weak, meaning the room was really, really hot on the 4th floor.
