“All the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. They were always friendly in wanting to make our stay exceptional and memorable. We plan to stay there again during our next trip to Billings.”

“It was a clean and spacious room. The check in process was great and the staff was very helpful. There was also a really cool patio with a fire pit that we enjoyed. I’ll definitely stay here again.”

“While there was a mix up at check in, the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. We had checked in at 2:30 pm, however, we didn't have time to actually go to our room as we needed to get to the wrestling tournament. When we arrived back to motel at 9:30, our keys didn't work. Turns out we never actually got checked all the way into the system and our room was rented to someone else. Took a bit longer than I'd have liked but I appreciate them going out of their way to make it right! The rest...

“Breakfast was good, but steam trays were empty or nearly empty and the server was slow to fill and not really friendly. Trays were filled after a while, however, and we were able to fill our plates with alternate options in the meantime.”

“This hotel was nice. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, rooms were clean. The only thing we noticed was the pool and spa looked like the needed filtered better. You could see things floating in the water. ”

“No contennial breakfast afte needing a 100$ inncidental that I couldn't pre pay for and had been blind sided by when in a tight spot. Do not recommend if in need for an emergency. Oh and the room service tried to enter without a notice. Good thing I had the door latch on.”

“Our room was just ok, definitely not worth the price. There were several areas of the linoleum faux wood floors that were torn and coming up. The bedding was super thin and small. Overall we probably won’t stay at the hotel again.”

“My son and I enjoyed the pool at perfect temperatures and didn't have to get in freezing cold water!! The only down side was that the rooms need to be updated”
