Welcome to Tenuta San Crescenzio, your ideal vacation destination in the beautiful southern part of Tuscany. Our villa, situated on a 3.5-hectare estate surrounded by olive trees, offers you peace, comfort, and a breathtaking view of the sea, the Maremma countryside, and the village of Magliano in Toscana with its medieval walls. Rent this magical private estate—complete with a swimming pool and air-conditioned bedrooms—in its entirety and enjoy an unforgettable vacation on our property.

Our villa is located in beautiful Tuscany, surrounded by endless olive groves and rolling hills. It is a place where time seems to stand still, and where you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 people. Downstairs, there are two living rooms, a grand piano, a kitchen, two bedrooms—each with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower—and one bedroom that also has a freestanding bathtub. Upstairs, there is another living room and a kitchen, surrounded by a beautiful terrace with views of the sea, the village of Magliano, and the Tuscan hills and olive trees.

Upstairs, there are 4 more bedrooms—two with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers—and a third separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning except for one.

There is also a pool house with a swimming pool, a restroom, a refrigerator, and two outdoor showers. Outside, there is also a pizza house with an authentic Italian oven, a BBQ, a playhouse for the kids, and a ping-pong table.

The estate was built in the 18th century and is located near the small village of Magliano in Tuscany, in the heart of the Maremma, on a beautiful hillside with ocean views.

It can accommodate the entire extended family or multiple families traveling together.

Spread across the various rooms of the main building, all decorated in a charming Tuscan style, you can enjoy each other’s company in the beautiful communal spaces.

Start your day on the large open terrace with a steaming cup of coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet around you, taking in views of the walled Italian village of Magliano while the rest of the group slowly wakes up.

While having breakfast, you can plan the day’s activities and excursions. You can swim in the pool, relax on the sun loungers, or explore the olive grove surrounding the house.

You can also ask our local Italian hostess, Maria—who lives in the nearby village of Magliano in Tuscany and is also a chef— to prepare a delicious, fresh meal for you, create a menu for an additional fee, or do some grocery shopping for you for an additional fee.

She can also arrange a babysitter or childcare for the children if needed, for an additional fee.
