“great responsiveness from host. Had a flight get cancelled and they rebated the night we could not make. Did not have towel out for guests, but had them promptly delivered.”

“This home me was clean. Communication with host was on point. We enjoyed the porch drinking our coffee in the mornings and have deer walking up. Kitchen was very nicely stocked...but no coffee filters for drip coffee. I think the best down point to this home was only one TV in living room. 2 Adults 2 teenager with one TV. After long busy days it would have been nice to have another TV option. But over all we enjoyed our stay ”

“I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy home base. It’s located close to the university and downtown. I walked to both. The neighborhood between the apartment and campus is a nice walk. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The host was communicative when I had questions. Overall, we had a great stay!”

“The only thing we couldn’t account for truly was the amount of homeless people that sleep outside the property. We had two vehicles so one had to stay in the road instead of in the garage. The cleanliness of the property was okay. There is no trash bags, 2 pods for laundry, some soap, some seasonings( mostly Italian) and plenty of towels and sheets. We used our own sheets and comforter because there was a big yellow stain on the main bedrooms. It’s right next to a 7/11 so lots of traffic. The Tv...
