Hotel vicino a Magnetic Hill - Moncton

“We have come here every year for the last 3 years and they have always been great to us.”

“Building is quite dated, stairs going to the upper level are rickety. Room was clean just dated. Toilet paper was empty when we arrived but there were two full rolls left to use. Beds were quite comfy. Was listed as no smoking but the man in the room beside us had a bottle with cigarette butts outside his room and was outside smoking a few times, we travelled with an 8 month old so that was annoying. Relatively close to amenities, beautiful view. Traffic off the main road was loud at times....

“Needs maintenance. The EV station was not connected to the Internet and therefore could not be used. The luggage trolley required exploring the entire complex to find, and was wobbly. The parking lot had many potholes. Our room had a toilet than ran all night long because the wrong part had been installed. The shower drained very slowly and had mold and rust. Then later in the evening we found a large bug (a beetle) sharing the room with us.”

“Ran out of butter and laundry detergent, not enough seats at breakfast, dirty hairy sheets on the bed tub was gross with red mildew. At 1 minute after check out they gave me a 10 minute warning or I was being charged another night. I won’t stay again”

“Great property, room and staff service was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choices. Pool was great!”

“I thought parking is included in the hotel premise but actually they only manage to the paid underground parking. Street parking belongs to the city. They don't care.”

“The hotel was beautiful and spacious, with a warm and inviting feel with eclectic decor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable getaway. Parking was easy, and the staff was quick to provide support when we accidentally locked ourselves out. It was a perfect stay and we’ll definitely return when back in the area”

“Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup.”
