We offer, in Magny-en-Vexin, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 165 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 5 000 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
1st floor :
-Bedroom 1: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
2nd floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A work area
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Under the roof: two single beds

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.

- Aventure Land about 5 minutes drive away

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to September with dimensions 4x6 Meters
- A beautiful garden of 5 000 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Magny-en-Vexin, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage and private parking of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Christophe RER, Cergy at 22.4 km (about 19 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport 67 km (about 47 minutes away)
