“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Coorg. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help. A special mention to the staff member who assisted us when my son was not feeling well a day before our departure — he personally helped us reach a nearby doctor and was extremely kind and supportive. “We stayed in one of the villas and it was great. The wood was newly polished and the whole room looked newly renovated. The bathroom was amazing with a sun roof at the top which lights up the whole bathroom and makes it look huge. The food was great, exceeded expectations since we saw some reviews complaining about bad food. If its a long weekend or something like that, expect a lot of crowd so meal times get crowded but nothing too bad. The only problem we faced was commuting from the villa...
