“Clean modern hotel, great staff. Sometimes they couldn't understand me, but then they would call in someone who could speak better English. I stay here four days, took a trip the staff helped organize and then returned to this hotel till I left Mandalay. I started walking around the area. Stores and restaurants were close so I could avoid the healthy taxi prices when I was hungry. The road is torn up in front of the hotel but I feel sure it will be reapaired eventually. Try the shaved ice cream...

“Clean modern hotel. Great view from my window of pastel colored buildings and houses in Mandalay. Breakfast was varied and my eggs were always just as I like them. The staff were extra special, friendly and helpful. Helped me take a trip to Lake Inle and Bagan. When I came back Schwe ye had made a great welcoming sign in colorful chalks just for me. I loved it. There are stores and restaurants near. Check out the shaved ice shop right around the corner. I've never had anything like it. I stayed...

“Sehr schönes Hotel, nahe einer interessanter Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir durften sogar die Fahrräder umsonst benutzen. ”

“Wat een uitzicht vanaf het dakterras waar ook een mini-zitzwembad is om af te koelen.Als enige gasten werden we door 10 man personeel omringd. Alleen de manager spreekt Engels. Hij is een erg charmante en gastvrije man met humor. Alleen de wifi kreeg hij niet aan de praat. Kamer heeft weer eens een andere inrichting met kleuren. Engelen en Boeddhabeelden aanwezig. Ook een massagestoel en een voetenmassageapparaat op de kamer. Hulpjes rijden je naar de ATM of naar de haven voor Minguntrip(doen!)....

“Ho soggiornato 4 notti in quest'hotel. L'ultimo giorno, nel pomeriggio, prima di fare la doccia mi sono accorto che dal rubinetto del lavandino usciva acqua verde e non c'era acqua calda. Avvertita la reception dell'accaduto e verificato quanto sopra non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema e l'unica cosa che sapevano fare era quella di ridere. Veramente assurdo. Dopo 2 ore e mezza mi comunicavano che stavano avvertendo il manager di quanto accaduto. Pochissima professionalità....

“I had a few days in Mandalay. This hotel was amazing. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was always a pleasure to return to a warm welcome. The location was ideal with many nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. ”

“Très bon séjour à Mandalay ! Arrivé de bonne heure (6h), accueil agréable, Check in fait pour 9h, très arrangeant et gentil. On a même eu le petit déjeuner en attendant la chambre. Chambre propre, eau chaude met du temps à arriver. Vélo disponible gratuitement. Petit déjeuner un peu léger, demander à ce qu’on vous prépare des œufs. ”

“This is the BEST affordable hotel I have found in Mandalay - I've tried at least 10. The facilities are very nice; the staff is excellent; the porters/bell boys are helpful without pushing; it is the shortest travel time I've had getting back to the airport; looking very forward to my return to Paragon next week! (I hope my review does not drive up the prices...). This would have been very nice if my wife could have been with me.”

“ The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. ”
