“The building is old. The shower was broken and the toilet seat is loose. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. “Ho soggiornato 4 notti in quest'hotel. L'ultimo giorno, nel pomeriggio, prima di fare la doccia mi sono accorto che dal rubinetto del lavandino usciva acqua verde e non c'era acqua calda. Avvertita la reception dell'accaduto e verificato quanto sopra non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema e l'unica cosa che sapevano fare era quella di ridere. Veramente assurdo. Dopo 2 ore e mezza mi comunicavano che stavano avvertendo il manager di quanto accaduto. Pochissima professionalità....

“Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service.”
