“Ottimo Hotel, posizione un po' lontana da Fort Cochin, la parte più interessante della città, ma è meglio così, perché si ha un hotel di classe, dal quale con pochissima spesa si arriva in taxi dappertutto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Cocktail di benvenuto. Essendo arrivato verso le 9 mi hanno dato la camera 5 ore prima del check in, che sarebbe stato alle 14, senza alcun sovrapprezzo, con vista mare, anche se non era stata richiesta. “mi reco due volte all'anno a Cochin per affari , era un po di tempo che non soggiornavo in questo Hotel , dopo questa esperienza negativa , tornerò al Merriott . Questo albergo ha degli standard di pulizia sotto la media , non è dotato di palestra e la piscina è ridicola . Unica nota positiva il ristorante Fusion al secondo piano . Il giorno della partenza per trovare un taxi per l'aereoporto ho dovuto utilizzare la mia applicazione Uber , perchè l'albergo non aveva una macchina disponibile...

“Vi är ett äldre par som reser runt på egen hand i Kerala, mestadels på budgethotell. Här ligger standarden på en helt annan nivå. Allt håller hög klass, speciellt frukosten och buff’en på kvällen. Enda nackdelen är läget vid en mycket hårt trafikerad gata - man går inte gärna ut och promenerar runt kvarteret. I så fall får man ta en tuk-tuk till något mer trevligt ställe.”

“Hotel has been modernised, and very centrally situated in business area. Great for a day or so but rooms are a bit small for a longer stay. Restaurant meal selection is quite limited but are well priced. This is a two and a half star hotel and is good value for money, and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful.”
