“We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. “Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...
