“Was a nice stay for the first time & this hotel. However my only issus was the following: No heaters in the room for pressing clothing, no USB or plugs for charging cells or laptops. We had to purchase plugs @ the front desk for 6.00 US . Also found check-out can be 12.00 pm and not 11.00 pm. Other than that i enjoyed!”

“The pool was small the food was not that great Botalino in El Mari was really good. Dreams buffet was not hygienic. Flies birds picking on the food😒

“Everything was perfect about this trip. Clean room, friendly and kind staff, nice big pool! Rooms had AC. I went with my parents and u fortunately I had to sleep on a cot, there wasn’t a twin bed which sucked. Only negative is that there weren’t any excursions or activities to do at the resort (paddle boarding, jet ski, etc) only kayaking and snorkeling. The resort didn’t have many activities to participate in.”

“A particular excellent note to the Chef from Marseille Eric at CSpice restaurant : great cook, really kind and professional person. The complete structure is absolutely beautiful and clean. Well situated on the island.
The laundry service for towels in the bathroom receives a black point from us : in one week we received once towels with bloody marks and once towels with big holes. Not in the right way for the level of the hotel”

“This hotel is located in the heart of everything. We practically walked to Restaurants, Museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The island is very safe. We felt so safe that we took public transportation to the beach and the aquarium. Our floor had a Starbucks and a man made beach with a bar/restaurant. You had to be there to understand. Amazing! When I return to Curacao, I will stay here again. Best experience ever.”

“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden.
The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant.
However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold.
In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. We didn’t feel welcome at all while checking in and she was always somehow rude every time we spoke with her.

“Come siamo arrivate subito la sorpresa di trovarci con un letto matrimoniale quando la prenotazione è stata effettuata con due letti, per giunta nell'offerta era citato perfettamente che la camera era composta con due letti matrimoniali, ci hanno risposto che l'hotel NON dispone di camere con 2 letti matrimoniali, allora cosa ho prenotato?? siamo rientrate più volte in camera e l'abbiamo trovata ancora da rifare la sera, così abbiamo dovuto chiamare il servizio ed attendere che venisse qualcuno...
