“This was the only bad experience in this wonderful country, that is Thailand.
I arrive at 14.30 at the hotel, i booked specifically this one for Splash (water park) , the problem was that from 15.30 to 17.15 i was waiting my luggage in the room. I call them several times, to have it in time to go to splash for mi kids.
Result: splash closed at 17.30, and my kids crying realized that they could not have access. They also stopped my room telephone to avoid my complains. Another particular to say...

“I was blown away at this resort. The villas were so amazing and my family really enjoyed the pools. We got plenty to eat at breakfast and it was an easy walk to town for any other meal. The staff immediately responded to any issue. The gym facility was small but nice. The beach was lovely and quiet. ”
