“We really liked everything about the Ollerod. Two thirds of our breakfasts were provided by Julie, who was so nice. We enjoyed chatting with her about the local area. The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived. “Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti per festeggiare il nostro anniversario in anticipo. Il personale è gentile e professionale, ci hanno trattato con molto riguardo facendoci sentire coccolati. La struttura è bellissima, soprattutto il giardino e la terrace. Le stanze sono arredate con cura, ci hanno anche offerto una stanza superiore senza supplemento perché avevano appena avuto una disdetta. Un soggiorno meraviglioso, spero di poter tornare. ”

“A great breakfast, the room we had was next door to the two water heaters, making the room very hot indeed other than that a good stay and staff were very attentive, will definitely go again but not in the same room, breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal parking is good also with no extra charges.”

“questo più che un hotel è un b&b, precisamente una sleep boutique. è favoloso, bellissimo! avevamo la tower suite, una suite a due piani molto grande. dato che eravamo in 4, avevamo 2 letti matrimoniali: uno al piano di sopra e uno sotto. ognuno di essi aveva un televisore molto grande e nuovo. al piano di sopra c'era, affianco al letto, una vasca da bagno fantastica! al piano di sotto c'era il bagno (perfetto) e anche un angolo cottura. i proprietari erano molto ospitali e gentili. la colazione...

“We loved this property and area as a whole and to be in Sherborne was fantastic anyway, and so close to the Abbey was beautiful in itself. The in-house staff were brilliant and very helpful too with anything we needed, but I’m afraid the general up keep of the building and facilities in Room 1 (family size) were poor in places like broken fixtures and fittings etc, like the cracked toilet seat lid, the broken (and not working) shaving light and shaver power socket on the mirror in the bathroom...
