“I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights housekeeping did not check my room once I never got new towels trash was never collected even when there was 2 adults and 3 kids in one room. Also The water pressure was not the best”

“Room was dirty, housekeeping ignored the do not disturb sign and barged in when trying to get dressed and would not leave. Roaches in room.”

“Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. “DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Im not sure where to even start. When you first make it to this hotel, the outside is littered with trash. For example, we seen boxes and bags piled everywhere, including a random toilet in the front. Now to the rooms, as soon as you walk in you are smacked with a suffocating smell. Almost as if they were trying to cover a bad smell up. It reeked of pinesol and cat pee. I took off my shoes as an normal person would and had to immediately put them back on. The floor was...

“Everything was perfect”

“Property is very run down. Peeling and chipped paint, laminate flooring is peeling up everywhere. Teenagers were raising hell in the halls from midnight to 4am and the staff did nothing. You can hear every little noise everywhere. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this property.”

“Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !”
