“It’s just a pub with some rooms. Dirty, smelly, cheap furniture and cheap mattress very uncomfortable, worst breakfast ever had, didn’t even offer a glass of orange juice. Staff leave the place in the night and guests are left on their own until the next morning. Horrible experience.”

“Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

Lovely comfy bed and such a great night sleep . Dog welcomed and also in all the shops in Bicester village now . Fantastic breakfast next morning, well organised. Will definitely stay again ”

When we arrived (during one of the hottest days this year) the fan in our room did not seem to work. We went down to report the issue at 5pm then never thought anymore as we went for dinner.
