“Cozy boutique hotel in a convenient location. Check in front desk staff were friendly and informative. The restaurant staff at the hotel were not very friendly. I would return to hotel but not eat at the hotel.”

“I got to check in after leaving a concert and they gave my room away causing me to have no where to stay for the night. The guy at the front desk said that he could book me for the next day instead and asked for my name and that was it. When we asked him if he needed my phone number or email or card number he acted confused and said he didn’t understand. I will never try and stay here again. Very disappointed and it ruined my weekend.”

“Property is somewhat old. Our room has paint pealing from the ceiling. Also bed seemed to be broken. We also had white dust all over our room I’m guessing from the ac unit. The hotel did come and vacuum the ac unit. However it took sometime for them to clean the room.”

“It needed taller toilet and the shower was too slippery, bathroom door was swollen at top needed fixed”

“The staff was so completely rude from the moment I walked in. It was extremely uncomfortable and it’s a shame because that particular Marriott has been there since I was a child and it has most certainly gone way downhill. I think if the staff members at that business were replaced with people that were actually friendly and knowledgeable of customer service people wouldn’t complain so much. Other than that, below mediocre at best.”

“Ample parking. Front desk staff didn’t let us know about the room not being cleaned every other day. We stayed 2 days and came back to a room that was not cleaned.”

“I was disappointed with my stay. I had a major water leak at home and booked this hotel expecting a smooth experience, but that was not the case. I checked in during the evening and was given two key cards that did not work. My room was on the top floor at the end of the hallway, so I used my mobile phone to call the front desk for assistance and was on hold for 15 minutes before walking back to the lobby to report the issue. As a person of a certain age, this was challenging for me. The clerk...
