“Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...

“The room was clean, and there was noise coming from the vent when the heat came on. ”

“Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….”

“To my surprise- I was so pleased to see the upgraded results of this hotel, since my first visit that was majorly disappointing and utterly shocking.! Hint: A Scene from the hotel in the bad section of ( Breaking Bad ) a T.V. Series. Since then, there’s been plenty of good solid changes, to making the experience better for the guest. “Travel with teenage daughter to attend a training nearby. The hotel is nice as is the staff however this is not really a place for anything to do for teens. All food entertainment etc is within casino with exception of high end steakhouse. Again great place for adults but consider looking elsewhere if traveling with kids ”
