“The door handle needs to be pulled towards you when turning the key to open the door. When locking it the key needs to be turned anti clockwise before turning it clockwise in order to work. A bit of a faff; I had to ring the host to help gain access for the first time. Host arrived very quickly to assist. Bed is very firm and the pillows are not the best. Cutlery could do with replacing. Otherwise all good. ”

“Our stay at the house had a few issues that affected the overall experience. The host was responsive and did communicate with us, and they were willing to adjust the check-in time, which we appreciated. However, it was only after we enquired about check-in that we were informed the dishwasher was leaking and wouldn’t be fixed until the following week. This was disappointing, as it’s something we would have preferred to know in advance.The kitchen also wasn’t equipped with the quality cookware...
