Hello! We are Clef Málaga 🌞, a young, family-run company from Málaga with a very cosmopolitan character 💙. We help both property owners and guests with tourist accommodations in Málaga, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, and Fuengirola 🌊.

STREET ART FANTASY 1 APARTMENT – In the Historic Center, Next to Picasso’s Birthplace and the Cervantes Theatre

This apartment is located in the famous Las Lagunillas neighborhood, Málaga’s Arts District and the very place where Pablo Picasso was born. Walking through its streets will surprise you with incredible murals and graffiti created by local artists, filled with social messages, parodies, and affectionate tributes to Málaga’s popular figures.

The apartment offers a maximum occupancy of 4 guests:

2 people will sleep in the bedroom, which has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and Smart TV.

2 additional guests (ideally children) can sleep in the living-dining room on a 1.35 m sofa bed.

The kitchen has everything essential for a few days’ stay, including cookware and necessary appliances. The bathroom has a shower, and there is hot/cold air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. A small terrace provides exterior views.

Don’t expect luxury or views of the Cathedral. The neighborhood is undergoing renewal, and you may encounter buildings under construction or renovation. Without a doubt, the location is its biggest advantage, as it is close to all the key points of the city. You won’t need a car, but if you do bring one, we recommend Parking Atlántida or Parking La Merced (street parking in the center is difficult, though not impossible).

The area is safe, even though it has a humble, working-class character and at times may appear somewhat marginal.







As in all CLEF Málaga 🌞 Apartments, you will find the following services:

⭐ We offer Wi-Fi 🛜 💻and air conditioning (hot/cold) 🥶 🥵.

⭐ The beds will be made 🛏️, and we’ll provide one set of towels 🛁(shower and hand towel) for all registered guests.Additional towel sets are available upon request.

⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer).

⭐ Check-in ⏰is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂, and check-outis until 11:00 a.m. 🚕.

⭐ SPECIAL REQUESTS ⭐

At CLEF Málaga, we want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so we offer help with a range of extra services (ask for rates). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance:

⏰ Early check-in and late check-out: subject to request and availability.

🧹 🧼 Extra cleaning during your stay: includes sheet and towel change. The cost will be the same as the final cleaning fee in your reservation.

Various: excursions 🎫, taxis 🚕, bicycle rentals 🚴, etc. Prices will be quoted by each provider prior to booking.

⭐ ADDITIONAL RULES ⭐

In all CLEF Málagaapartments, we require compliance with the following rules:

🚬 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please do not throw cigarette butts out the window. If a neighbor’s awning is damaged, we may file a claim.

🐶 Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized. If authorized, additional costs per pet and stay will apply.

🥳 Parties and events are not allowed.

🗣️ Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the apartment.

At Clef Málaga, we value coexistence and respect 🌍. To maintain good relationships with neighbors in the building and the community, please be kind and considerate.

Access to the building and apartment must always be with appropriate clothing, dry, and free of beach sand 👚 👕.

Loss or misuse of the linen (towels and bed sheets) will be grounds for a claim or a deduction from the security deposit.

⭐ GENERAL INFORMATION OF INTEREST ⭐

External works or noise:This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not ours. We are not responsible for neighbor noise or unannounced construction work beyond our control.

Linen and laundry:All our sheets and towels are washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, ensuring 100% cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. However, please note that high-quality cleaning products are used, and washing is done at temperatures above 60ºC. Some stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetic products (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and laundry products (active oxygen, bleach, detergents, etc.).

Reservation modifications:Will be accepted within the free cancellation period, provided the calendar allows it.

Clef Málaga Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team will handle emergencies and important issues during your stay. For administrative matters, please wait until office hours to be assisted.
