  • HOMEABOUT FRESCA APARTMENT II:
    Bright apartment composed of one double bedroom and one bathroom, located in a modern building, just beside Calle Marques de Larios.The flat is located on a second floor, easily accessible with the lift. Located in the heart of Malaga, 01 minute from Calle Larios and 15 from de Beach; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.



    CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.



    EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.

Needs improvement

The location perfect apartment spacious and modern . I would like for management to work on small things like hangers in bathroom. No room to place or hang towels. No home manual or information about Wi-Fi setting or password. But the most difficult was the operation of the system to get to the property. The code activated system was not working and we had to call and wait for someone to come and open the door. You have one set of key and when you want to leave property the main front door to building must be open with keys from both sides. My checking out was a nightmare. I had to run downstairs and keep exit door open with luggage and run back to apt to leave the set of keys on table. It must be a better way of doing it. It could be a beautiful place but management has to work on it more to run smoothly.

Bright, Cute Apartment in Great Location

Spacious, well appointed apartment in the best location in Malaga! Right next door to great shops, fantastic restaurants, and the beautiful Cathedral of Malaga. Bright, airy, modern, and quiet. Definitely recommend!
