  • Questo bellissimo attico per le vacanze si trova al 4 ° piano di un edificio con ascensore situato nel centro di Malaga, in una delle zone più attraenti della città. L'appartamento è progettato nel classico stile spagnolo, combinato con mobili scandinavi, che rende la casa unica.

    L'appartamento offre un ampio e affascinante soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo, due divani, TV a schermo piatto, due bagni con doccia, una cucina a pianta aperta con tutti gli accessori e dal soggiorno si accede alla fantastica terrazza (34 metri quadrati ) con tavolo da pranzo e divano dove è possibile gustare una bibita fresca con vista sulla Cattedrale di Malaga.

    L'appartamento offre due camere da letto: la prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale (160 cm), armadio e accesso diretto alla terrazza e l'altra offre un letto matrimoniale (140), un armadio e un bagno privato con doccia.

We had a great stay here, location is excellent, right in the middle of the historic centre, with so many restaurants and bars close by to choose from. Would definitely return.

Great apartment in a fabulous location

Terrace Bedroom Lounge Service was fantastic from all of Solaga team Kitchen although very well equipped was really small with hardly any room to even make a small breakfast

A long weekend in Malaga

A very well located apartment right in the centre of old Malaga . It has the added bonus of a spacious terrace. Solaga provided a friendly, efficient and very helpful service.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic area, perfect spot in the city. Easy walk to everything including the port and beach. Lively road but didn’t affect anybody’s sleep. The terrace is amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms tiny but didn’t spoil anything. Really comfortable beds, kitchen was really well equipped with top of the range appliances.

Fantastic Short Break

A hidden gem in Malaga - very central and close to everything, therefore be prepared for street noise at night but the double glazing is good! Super balcony to enjoy winter sun. Ideal for two couples with plenty of indoor living space and one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in!

Excellent

Excellent apartment, nicely furnished and comfortable. Right in the heart of Malaga so easy to get to everything and for the airport. Solaga representative there to greet us, booking and communication perfect, very pleasant and helpful. Terrace is great for dining and relaxing. Very enjoyable week thank you.

Excelente apartamento en el centro de Málaga

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Málaga, al lado de la calle Larios y de la catedral y a escasos 15 minutos caminando de la playa. Personal muy amable tanto a la hora de la reserva como en la recepción y entrega de llaves, muy atentos en todo momento. Si necesitas una plaza de aparcamiento enseguida te proporcionan una muy cercana del aparcamiento. Todo genial.

Superb apartment and location

Property was outstanding with all necessary amenities. Staff was super responsive. Outside patio is wonderful. Would suggest a door key pad to facilitate check in and coming and going. Had a wonderful time. Malaga is great.

A good value and recommended!

Had five good nights in the center of old Malaga. Very comfortable apartment with spacious balcony. Small bathrooms and bedrooms, but no complaints…charming in every way! Rental company (Solago) was very responsive and efficient both before and during our visit. A good value and recommended!

Perfekter Ort in perfekter Lage

Ein tolles Appartement, mitten im Altstadtgetümmel. Geschmackvoll und auch überraschend eingerichtet, super ausgestattet mit genialer Dachterrasse. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar.Vermieter Solago hat einwandfrei korrespondiert, check in war easy.Subjektive Kritik an , für uns, extrem weichen Betten.

Ideal location

We have stayed in a number of Solaga apartments. We like a large terrace and Pastor has a good one. The living space is comfortable and the beds are very good. The location is excellent. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are very small. There were 3 of us. Maybe a better configuration would sort this.

Perfect location

A perfect location for our Christmas week in Malaga. Celebrations were literally on our doorstep. Musicians, excellent restaurants and strolls around the shopsalong the seafront minutes away. The apartment itself was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms simply equipped but adequate . The shower is a tight squeeze. Heating appreciated for the occasional chill hour. Beds very comfortable.

Great terrace and centrally located

I loved the location and the beautiful terrace. I also appreciated the owner´s effort to make the stay enjoyable by changing the cable tv supplier to ensure that international tv stations were available. Finally, it is important to underscore Solaga´s efforts to assist us in every way possible to make our stay enjoyable in manners well beyond issues related to the rental property. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the services of Solaga.

Agence très sérieuse.Location conforme a l annonce. Equipement complet et appart super agréable. Double vitrage efficace pour dormir. Situation ideale. Personnel au top. Une bouteille d eau ou une bière ds le frigo a l arrivée.

Property good location & accommodation good but both bathrooms poor. Groute that should have been white was black! Also the base of shower dirty & mouldy. Very small cubicles, bathrooms poor. A Shame as terrace great. Both bathrooms need updating and cubicles need to be bigger.

Staff very friendly and responded to a couple of issues we had during our stay e.g. we couldn´t work out how to work the cooker! Larger duvet covers and thick blankets for the bed. We stayed in January and it was a bit chilly at night. For longer term rentals it would have been good if more towels would have been supplied at no extra charge. Also wood for the fire (happy to pay) would have been great given the time of year. Apart from these things, our stay was great, so thank you solaga!

Great location!

We had a fantastic stay in Málaga. The apartment’s location is brilliant. As it’s on the 4th floor (with a lift!), you’re right in the thick of things, yet it’s still quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped – we didn’t miss a thing! And the terrace is, of course, brilliant! You actually spend all your time out on the terrace. There are two bedrooms and two small bathrooms. One bedroom has a 160 cm bed, the other a 140 cm bed. There were just the two of us, so we opted for the wider bed. If there are three of you or you’re staying with a child, that’s absolutely no problem. For two couples, however, it might be a bit of a squeeze. The service was brilliant, great communication, fantastic support (no problem getting a garage at short notice, Taxi pick-up time changed) and quick replies. We can highly recommend Solaga! Place a small, narrow bedside table (or shelf?) in the bedroom next to the 160-cm bed (on the terrace side), on the right-hand side of the bed. I’ve brought a chair over from the living room so I can put my book and glasses down. But that was really the only thing I ‘missed’...

Pastor penthouse a perfect gem.

The apartment is a fantastic gem, full of character and the best apartment we have stayed in. It's in a great central location close to all the amenities. It is very well equipped, having plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and full supply of kitchen facilities generally. New appliances and a few upgrades have improved this further. The terrace is spacious and a brilliant chill out space with lovely outdoor furniture too. The front door in the street was very difficult to open with the keys we had. Also the person who met us when we first arrived was very quick to rush off to another client. She seemed to be in a hurry and didn't explain about the front door fully. A shame, as we've always had very good service previously.
