The studio has been painted with lime glaze, a traditional Mediterranean technique, free of toxins, and absorbs CO2 from the environment, improving its quality.

All the furniture has been carefully selected to provide comfort and style, through the choice of natural materials and textiles. You can relax in the warmth of the indoor shower or gaze at the stars in the outdoor shower on the terrace. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful building in the historic center, with an elevator.





– Features:

Bright studio designed with care and high-quality materials. It features a luxury bed to ensure the best rest and is equipped with cold/hot air conditioning, a large Samsung Iframe smart TV so you can watch TV from the bed or, if you prefer, turn it into a painting by your favorite artist.

The wonderful bathroom, with a spacious and comfortable shower with a screen, and the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, milk frother, and air fryer, stand out.

From the living room, you can access the large private terrace via stairs, ideal for dining, and enjoying the sun and views of the surrounding residential area, but also the cathedral tower, San Felipe Neri church, and the Gibralfaro and Alcazaba castles. This terrace is not shared with other neighbors and has a hot water shower.





– Services:

The terrace is exclusive to the apartment. It has a shower inside the apartment and another hot water shower on the terrace.The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, coffee maker, and everything needed for cooking.

The apartment has free WIFI internet access and all the amenities for our guests: air conditioning/heating, Smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, iron, hairdryer, and hair straightener, etc.





– Historic center:

It is exceptionally located in the historic center, next to the small Plaza de San Pedro Alcántara, with its beautiful century-old ficus trees.

It is one of the most authentic areas with the best atmosphere in the city, where there is a wide variety of shops and supermarkets. It is only a three-minute walk from the emblematic Plaza de Uncibay, one of the most popular areas in the center for restaurants and tapas bars.

It is a four-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, where Picasso's birthplace is located. All the monuments, museums, and places of interest can be visited with a short walk. The Cathedral, Picasso Museum, and Alcazaba are just a seven-minute walk away.





– Getting around:

The penthouse is a step away from all the monuments, museums, and most popular places in Málaga's historic center. It is very easy to get there from the airport by public transport and from the central bus and train stations.





– To keep in mind:

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the EcoFriendly certification requirements of Olédays.

IMPORTANT: Access to the terrace is via the spiral metal staircase seen in the photos, which may be uncomfortable for some people. At the end of the stairs, a hatch must be opened to access the terrace.

It is a very quiet apartment, with no noise despite being located in the bustling historic center of the city. However, it should be noted that it is very close to the school, so there may be noise when the children are engaged in sports activities.

CHECK-IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 3:00 PM, but we strive to welcome our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: Dogs are welcome, and owners will be responsible for the animal's well-being and any damage they may cause. House and community rules must be taken into account. A cleaning fee of €20 per dog will be charged upon arrival. We can provide a bed and feeder/drinker upon request.
