“Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Malaysia. Everything was perfect and the hotel’s facilities were impeccable. Both pools had incredible view. Cleaning was everyday and they always provided toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Security downstairs was amazing, they were very nice and amicable and would always open the doors for us. The hotel is so close to the centre and our room had a view of the Petronas tower, it was simply stunning. If we ever come back to KL, star suites klcc will...

“Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place.”

“Alla struttura non manca niente; è un appartamento vero e proprio, con tutti i servizi. E' tutto molto ben curato e pulito. E' inserito all'interno di un'ottima struttura, con accesso limitato e guardie all'ingresso. Presente una bella piscina. Per la colazione bisogna uscire dalla struttura e recarsi in un bar appena fuori ( solo due menù intercontinentali ). Dopo tutti i complimenti, ci tengo a segnalare la pessima comunicazione prima e dopo il soggiorno; difficilissimo organizzare il transfer...
