  • HERITAGE Villa 'Dea Rustica' *****è costruita sulle fondamenta di 517 anni vecchia casa in stile rustico, è circondata da ulivi e muretti a secco” tradizionali di zona.
    Villetta a due piani. Il piano terra è arredato con cucina completamente attrezzata e sala da pranzo grande, organizzati come vecchio stile taverna con due camini, un ideale spazio intimo per gli amici. Due camere da letto con bagno e angolo TV sono situate al primo piano. Sopra, nella spaziosa sala in stile mansarda, c'è un'altra camera da letto con bagno, così come un accogliente salotto. Villa rustica Dea è l'ideale per vacanze in famiglia e relax per gruppi di amici. Durante i periodi caldi d'estate, potrete rilassarvi in angolo salotto sotto le volte di pietra, rilassarsi sulla terrazza o godere il splendido giardino verde con built-up griglia e un tavolo di pietra enorme.Benvenuti!!!

Eine paradiesische Unterkunft mit einer sehr herzlichen immer ansprechbaren Gastgeberin ! Ein äußerst geschmackvolles Haus mit Klimaanlage (als wir dort waren war es 38 grad +) einem tollen pool, der professionell gereinigt wird, diskrete Lage und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Krk von dort aus gut erreichbar Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen !

Traumhafter Urlaub auf Krk mit Freunden

Sehr schöne Finca mit großem gemütlichen und weitläufigen Garten. Es war alles Top in Ordnung. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft direkt persönlich begrüßt mit Trinken und Snacks. Der Hausbesitzer war immer erreichbar für uns und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurats gegeben und sogar diese reserviert. Kurze Wege zum Strand mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, auch zum Supermarkt. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen einfach Top! Alles wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und auf jeden Fall eine dicke Empfehlung wert. Eine ruhige Oase mit einer wunderbaren, urig rustikalen Atmosphäre und einem unglaublich schönen Garten mit vielen schönen Ecken. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch nicht allzu weit von allem weg was man braucht. Jede Minute in dem Anwesen ist ein Genuss und jeder findet eine schöne Ecke zu relaxen. Alles war tiptop vorbereitet und an alles ist gedacht. Einfach ankommen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Die Gastgeber stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung und helfen bei allem ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sei es eine Reservierung oder ein Tipp für den Strand. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung!!

Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen Gäste von Andrea und Deno. Der super nette und freundliche Empfang war ein Highlight. Zur Ankunft war ein reichhaltiges Vesperbrett aufgetischt, so dass wir schon mal nicht verhungern mussten. Das Haus hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen ,wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände des Hauses und des Gartens waren mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Wir hatten uns sofort eingelebt und konnten gleich unseren Urlaub genießen. Auch unser Hund Elvis hat den Urlaub voll genossen. Die Gastgeber sind völlig unkompliziert und extrem hilfsbereit. Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir sechs Sterne vergeben. Wonderful, peaceful villa

This was a wonderful place to stay for 10 days in July. The garden is a delight with the pool, garden furniture and shade from mature trees. We spent more time outside than in. The house is old and very well refurbished with everything you need. Thick stone walls and small windows means it stays cool indoors even without the aircon. Krk island is busy but the villa is in a quiet location so very peaceful. You really need a car to get to most places although there is a local restaurant within walking distance. There are good supermarkets about 7 mins in the car and the beaches and port of Malinsaka is about 10 minutes, Lots of shops and restaurants and all the tourist stuff you need. The towns of Krk and Vrbnik are well worth a visit and there are lots of other beaches on the island. These are not sandy, you need beach shoes and will often have to climb over rocks but the swimming is wonderful.

Eine einzigartige Location zum erholen!

Die Insel Krk ist ein sehr verträumtes Plätzchen um einen erholsamen Urlaub inmitten traumhafter Kulisse zu verbringen. Das Meer ist dank der Kiesstrände so wunderschön klar leuchtet in kräftigen Türkies- und Blautönen. Über die ganze Insel verteilen sich kleine Dörfer mit teilweise sehr alten Bauernhöfen und entlang der Küsten findet man immer wieder kleine versteckte Buchten um seine Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wenn man aber dem Urlaub noch etwas ganz besonderes hinzufügen möchte, ist die märchenhafte und rustikale Steinvilla von Dea und Deno ein absoluter Höhepunkt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und diese Liebe merkt man den Besitzern an, wenn man sich mit Ihnen über den Bau und die Geschichten des Hauses unterhält. Das Gesamte Grundstück ist umgeben von bewachsenen alten Steinmauern und bietet kompletten Sichtschutz von außen. Für Leute, die auf Ihre Privatsphäre bedacht sind oder die einfach mal nackt durch den Garten laufen wollen ist das absolut perfekt :-) Ebenso wie das Haus wurden auch beim Garten mit seinem kleinen Gemüsebeet, den frischen Kräutern, die überall zu riechen sind, dem Grillplatz, dem Steintisch und dem wunderschönen Pool keine Mühen gescheut. Man kommt sich ein bisschen wie in einer kleinen Märchenwelt vor und möchte das Grundstück eingentlich garnicht mehr verlassen. Was zusätzlich noch sehr erwähnenswert ist, ist der unermüdliche Einsatz der Besitzer. Egal, ob es um eine Restaurantempfehlung geht, oder ob eine Reinigung oder ein Fahrer benötigt wird. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und wir haben hier eine absolut traumhafte und erholsame Woche verleben dürfen. Ich kann dieses Urlaubsdomizil an dieser Stelle nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freue mich bereits jetzt auf meine Rückkehr. Liebe Dea, lieber Deno - Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für eine unvergessliche Woche!

VACANZA BREVE MA INTENSA-POSTO STUPENDO!!!!

Splendida villa arredata con gusto, immersa nel selvaggio entroterra croato a due passi dal mare, gli spazi ampi e comodi, un giardino immenso e molto accogliente, anche per giocare e divertirsi in abbondanza, grigliate e aperitivi a go-go !! Una casa da rivista (quest'anno con la piscina sarà ancora più bella)... in conclusione come non dimenticarsi della stupenda accoglienza e compagnia di Deno e Andrea, due persone molto disponibili e simpatiche, che hanno reso la vacanza ancora più bella e piacevole. the perfect hideaway

Wir haben eine Woche in einem perfekten Haus verbringen dürfen, ein toller Garten mit vielen Ecken zum Sitzen, Chillen, Essen und Seele baumeln lassen. Unser Kinder haben den Pool und die großzügigen Zimmer genossen. Restaurants in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die ruhige Lage machen dieses Refugium zu einem tollen Urlaubsort. Der herzliche Empfang und die tips der Gastgeber haben wir dankend angenommen und auch außerhalb des Hauses einen unvergesslichen Urlaub genossen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Marvelous Mediterranean hideaway

We had lovely holidays in Deno’s and Andreas house with our three children. The house is carefully restored with fine sense for details and the garden is absolutely fabulous. What everything we needed. Take plenty of books with you, there are many places to just sit down in the shadow (or sun) in the garden and you can just zoom out of the reality for couple of hours. The pool is great and the kids loved it. We came with bikes and cycled around from beach to beach, not needing a car much which we always prefer. Malinska is a little harbor with everything you need and not with too many people. Nice natural and town beaches. Deno and Andrea will give you good recommendations where to go. All in all really nice holidays and we recommend this house and location warmly.

Mega Mega coole VILLA

Ich kann nur sagen, besser geht es nicht. Diese Villa ist im rustikalen Stil eingerichtet. Diese Einrichtung und Deko muss mit viel Liebe entstanden sein. Wenn man sich die Villa genau ansieht, merkt man erst wieviele kleine Details den Ausschlag geben. Der Garten ist auch zu erwähnen. Den könnte ich mir nicht schöner vorstellen. Hier glaubt man in der Natur zu Hause zu sein. Andrea und Deno (die Vermieter) sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer erreichbar wenn man nach Tips und Infos fragte. Wie gesagt TOP TOP TOP. Werde sicher wieder mal die Beiden besuchen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, was unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen hat

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und waren begeistert, wie liebevoll das Haus von Andrea und Deno eingerichtet worden ist. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und an alles ist gedacht. Der Garten hat viele Obstbäume und ein eigenes Gemüsebeet, von dem man sich bedienen darf, sobald es reif ist. Zum Verweilen gibt es diverse Ecken, sei es im Garten, am Pool, in der Holzschaukel, in der Hängematte aber auch innerhalb des Hauses. Jeder kann mühelos einen gemütlichen Platz finden, an dem man sich wohlfühlt und auch mal für sich sein kann. Wir waren mit Kleinkindern dort und sehr froh darüber, dass eine geniale Kontruktion zwischen den Stockwerken ein Hinunterfallen verhindert. Das heisst, das Haus ist in jedem Fall kleinkindertauglich und es wurden uns sogar 2 Babybetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles war seitens der Gastgeber kein Problem und wurde versucht möglich zu machen. Darüber hinaus gibt es 2 Elektrofahrräder, viel Grillzubehör, sehr viel Geschirr und Kochutensilien - sogar einen Nespresso Milchschäumer. Es ist alles in einem sehr ursprünglichen Stil gehalten, trotzdem fehlt es weder an schnellem W-Lan noch an über 600 Fernsehsendern (falls man die überhaupt braucht). Wonderful house, hosts and location.

We visited for one week in July with another family and had an amazing time. The house, garden and swimming pool are so inviting you will struggle to leave to go out and make the most of the surrounding area which has a lot to offer, especially the resort of Malinska which can be reached on foot. Our hosts Andrea and Deno, who greeted us with a lovely spread of bread, ham, cheese and wine, couldn’t be more accommodating. Their house is stunning and immaculately kept. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A highlight is the fantastic BBQ area with everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal. If you are planning on staying in Croatia you will find this accommodation hard to beat.

An amazing place that has to be seen to be believe

This is a beautiful house that stands apart everywhere else we have stayed. The gardens...the pool...the furniture and layout of the house are perfect and the hosts make you feel as welcome as though you were family We visited for one week with another family and would definitely recommend you book a visit. Dea and Deno are wonderful hosts who greeted us with lovely cheese wine and olives on arrival and helped us settle in immediately We will certainly be back to stay and if you are thinking of visiting Croatia you should stay here A stunning place that you will struggle to beat

Wundervoller Urlaub!

Wer glaubt, dass die Beschreibung und die Bilder des Hauses schon ansatzweise widerspiegeln, was einen erwartet, hat weit gefehlt: Die Villa Dea Rustica hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir haben einfach wundervolle Tage im Haus verbracht. Das liebevoll restaurierte Haus, der wunderschöne Garten und der geniale Pool wurden von der Herzlichkeit Andreas und Denos gekrönt. Deno stand uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts bei allen Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung, hat uns die "Hot Spots" Malinskas gezeigt, Restaurants empfohlen, sich um Reservierungen gekümmert und und und ... Wir wünschten, wir hätten unseren gesamten Sommer im Haus verbringen können, aber allein die 7 Tage waren einfach nur wundervoll. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen unbeschreiblich schönen Urlaub! The Perfect Vacation

The house is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't imagine staying at a better place in all of Croatia. The pool is a fantastic touch and the outside stone tables and garden make for the perfect European getaway. The only thing better than the house were our incredible hosts who truly made my family trip to Croatia one for the memory books. If you come to this beautiful country, there is no better place to stay.

Magnificent!

Un lugar y unos anfitriones muy acogedores!

Estuvimos 9 dias en esta maravillosa casa. A mi parecer, es la mas linda de la isla, con una hermosa piscina! Sin hablar del jardin, con su huerto floreciente a nuestra disposición! Todo está hecho con gusto y muy bien pensado. Deno nos dio un gran recibimiento, siempre disponible y atento. Nos ayudó en todo lo que podía, nos aconsejó los mejores lugares y nos hizo sentir en nuestra casa. Desafortunadamente no contamos con buen tiempo, pero esperamos tener la posibilidad de volver para disfrutar de esta bella casa con el sol caractéristico de la isla y de reencontrarnos con la buena compañia de Deno y Andrea! Perfect house with perfect hosts

The house was stunning, perfect fit for families. Even the garden was full of vegetables and herbs to get! The hosts were also perfect as they were really available and truly friendly. Their advices were all good (we have eaten the most delicious tuna in our life!). Well, apart from the rain, everything was perfect. House: 5/5, hosts 6/5!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC! Our best yet!

Absolutely FANTASTIC! Our best yet! Honestly - I´m afraid to sound to overexcited, but this is without doubt the best holiday home we have ever been in! We are a family of four and we have been in many holiday homes around Europe, but never in one with such nice and relaxed atmosphere. The owners has done a décor that is a magazine worthy. This is made with the heart - as a home. To the serious part: Obviously you will find everything you need in the house. The surroundings are very quiet with no traffic or industry, but you will need a car. Wi-fi works, super clean house (and pool), everything in top shape and very well maintained. You will even find a kitchen made to cook in. The garden is very well kept and we could use the vegetables and herbs. We had lovely evenings dining by the pool having food from the grill. Malinska and beaches are only 5 minutes’ drive and you will find several nice restaurants around the small harbor and along the coast. The same goes for Njivice and Porat, but with a 10 minutes’ drive. The hosts are very pleasant, most helpful and will take care of you in every possible way. I have only one problem. Once people learn about this place it will be hard to find it vacant, so please don´t tell anybody about this little pearl….. ;-) We will be back for sure.

Villa Dea Rustica - traumhaft!

Unsere diesjährigen Pfingstferien verbrachten wir mit einer befreundeten Familie auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen. Durch das liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Haus haben wir uns von der ersten Minute an richtig wohl gefühlt. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Wunderschöne Stunden haben wir täglich im liebevoll angelegten Garten verbracht. Der gemauerte Außengrill kam jeden zweiten Abend zum Einsatz. Für unsere Grillabende konnten wir uns aus dem hauseigenem Salat- und Kräuterbeet bedienen. Aufgrund der Größe des Hauses und des Gartens fand jeder auch einmal ein ruhiges Plätzchen für sich (Hängematte auf der oberen Terasse, Hollywood-Schaukel im Garten, Liege am Pool, kühles Gewölbewohnzimmer im Parterre...). Das besondere des Urlaubs war aber, dass sich unser Vermieter Deno so herzlich um uns gekümmert hat. So haben wir durch ihn viele Insider-Empfehlungen (Badebuchten, Restaurants, Ausflugsziele...) erhalten, bei denen er zum Teil auch mit von der Partie war, was wir sehr genossen haben. Vielen Dank für die beiden wunderschönen Urlaubswochen - wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Regine und Moritz

Provencial living & intimacy w/ nature & family

Villa Dea, a labor of love by the owners Andrea & Deno, is truly a unique & special dwelling. The rawness & beauty of the stones & wood throughout the house and garden is amazing. The minute you step into the house, you are tranformed into a sense of provencial living, but with all the modern conveniences. Andrea's beautiful & bountiful herb & vegetable garden even inspired my daughters & I to do some cooking. Andrea & Deno are wonderful hosts. Even before we arrived, they were emailing us to address all our concerns and requests. Villa Dea made for a very special & memorable family holiday!
