“MISLEADING LISTING: ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. Zero stars. This property is currently undergoing major renovations that were NOT disclosed during booking. We were forced to live in a construction zone for 3 days with constant hammering, drilling, and dust coating everything in the room. It was uninhabitable and a health hazard. Expedia support was useless—they offered a pathetic $50 credit for a ruined vacation and promised a follow-up that never happened. Do not book here unless you want to...

“Worst hotel. I didn't stay at the hotel due to lack of basic amenities. There was no electricity, no water, room was dirty as well. Only mistake I made was I forget to take pictures. I didn't stay at the hotel due to these issues and still they denied to refund me the money. Even I talked to Customer service of Expedia and they acted like they can't do anything about it. Terrible experience.”
