“We booked here because it’s close to Preston Park where we were going for a 2 day Thai festival. It’s reasonable priced too. It’s under new management and being renovated. We are more than pleased with the service we received. All staff were happy and helpful. The parking is in the hotel grounds and safe. Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work) TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great . We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London .
