Accogliente appartamento proprio sul lungomare

Bellissimo appartamento al primo piano con vista sul mare situato nel centro di Puerto Pollensa. 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni con doccia e un WC separato. A pochi passi dall'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa e con 2 ampie terrazze completamente arredate per godersi il sole di Maiorca o cenare all'aperto. Aria condizionata

Questo appartamento Ăš un duplex con ampie terrazze su ogni piano con vista sul mare. Situato di fronte al bellissimo porto turistico di Puerto Pollensa e all'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa, l'appartamento si trova vicino a negozi e ristoranti. I balconi sono completamente arredati con un tavolo e sedie, ombrelloni e sedie a sdraio al piano superiore possono essere trovati. Le terrazze degli appartamenti sono ideali per prendere il sole, cenare o semplicemente per guardare il mondo che passa. Con splendide viste sul mare e i gradini della spiaggia dall'ingresso.

All'interno l'appartamento Ăš disposto su due livelli. Il primo piano Ăš composto da un salone / sala da pranzo recentemente ristrutturato (2019) con TV satellitare e lettore DVD. Da qui si accede alla prima delle terrazze. Una cucina di recente arredata Ăš molto ben attrezzata con piano cottura elettrico, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, microonde, frigo / congelatore e lavatrice. Su questo piano ci sono due camere da letto con aria condizionata recentemente rinnovate (2019); (una con letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli), un nuovo bagno con doccia e un ulteriore servizio igienico separato.

Al piano superiore si trova un'ulteriore camera da letto moderna con aria condizionata, letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia recentemente arredato. Un ampio balcone appartato Ăš accessibile da questa camera da letto con sedie a sdraio e vista sul mare.

Abbiamo una palestra a un minuto a piedi dall'appartamento. Controlla Palestra Puerto Pollensa su google maps. L'accesso Ăš gratuito per gli ospiti. Basta ricordarci chi sei quando mangi :)

WE enjoyed our week here. The terraces are lovely and the position is great. However I think it should be mentioned that the staircase up to the main bedroom is unsafe for young children, anyone with any mobility issues and very difficult to get a suitcase up. The lounge and kitchen are very tired, and this is at the start of the season. That said if the sun is shining and you can cope with the staircase and things being well worn you will have a good time

En fantastisk lÀgenhet med dubbla uteplatser som ger en hÀrlig utsikt över hav, strand och smÄbÄtshamn. Trots att lÀgenheten ligger ovanför ett promenadstrÄk med affÀrer och restauranger upplevde vi inget störande oljud. LÀgenheten Àr vÀl utrustad och i bra skick. Perfekt kommunikation med Àgaren.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten eine super Aussicht auf den Hafen und Strand. In der NĂ€he gab es genĂŒgend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und es hat uns nichts gefehlt in der Unterkunft. Wir waren das erste mal in Port Pollenca, sind sehr begeistert gewesen und werden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

For three adults, the apartment was pleasantly spacious and clean. We enjoyed the two terraces which offer beautiful views of the harbor. Our hosts were incredibly forthcoming and helpful when we had a little bit of bad luck with our return flight, which we greatly appreciated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The house has everything you need and is in a great location with many shops and restaurants near.by. The beach is right outside and there are beach chairs and lilos etc. and a great snorkelling mask to use. Thanks for the coffee! Joan is great and answered any questions and fixed any problems quickly.. We had a wonderful time here, even during the hottest day ever recorded on Mallorca!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super, Parkplatz ist kostenlos vorhanden. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Leider hat es im Innenhof immer Mal wieder merkwĂŒrdig gerochen, hat jetzt aber nicht wirklich gestört

The property was lovely, perfect location and fantastic balconies. Communication with Joan’s son Ramon was fantastic. We had a couple of issues with the plumbing and aircon but he sorted them out quickly.

Just returned home after thoroughly enjoying our stay in this apartment. In a perfect position for enjoying the views over the marina, beach just over the road & many bars & eating places well within walking distance. The outside seating areas are perfect for watching the world go by in the evenings especially as the road is closed to traffic from 6 in the evening till 5am so very quiet. Bedrooms are large and air conditioned , a godsend during this weeks heatwave & good showers in both bathrooms. Joan was very helpful from the start & good communication with instructions for our stay. WiFi was an added bonus ! Thanks again Joan, we will return. Charles ,Bridged & family

Great apartment. Joan the owner been so helpful from day one. The fruit, water, milk and tea on arrival was a lovely gesture. The apartment it’s self although sleeps 6, is fantastic for just 2. The upstairs suit is modern with a fantastic balcony with sun loungers. The downstairs balcony was lovely to have lunch on and also evening drinks before the short walk to the town centre. Second visit for us and I’m sure there will be more. Thank you Joan for early check in and late check out

Linen and towels need replacing. Only 2 bath towels for 3 people. Stairs up to 3rd bedroom and en-suite treacherous, would not be legal in UK. In my opinion would be no good for a family, you would not want to sleep upstairs with your family downstairs. Didn’t feel secure as there are two locked back doors in the apartment, one downstairs at end of hallway and one upstairs. Not the cleanest and drains were smelly. Lots of plug ins to disguise smell. Location is good, but for the price would have expected better. Downstairs shower room needs updating. No duvet cover on single bed.. would not use again.

The property was lovely, traditional in parts and also modern in parts. From the moment we stepped inside, we really liked the property, very spacious, clean and tidy, all amenities inside the apartment available and the balconies were both very large with plenty of room, quiet too. We used the upstairs en suite bedroom and it was very spacious and the power shower was heavenly. Sun most of the day on both terraces. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the Pine Walk and grocery /newsagent shops right on the doorstep. The views were beautiful overlooking the Marina and the sea with the beach literally straight across the road. The welcome pack was a nice surprise along with the lucozade for my husband, (thanks Joan). No complaints at all, we had a really relaxing holiday which is exactly what we wanted. Only one suggestion and that would be to add a small carton of milk to the welcome pack as we like a cuppa. Would we stay there again.. definitely. A great find right in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. A mention about Sea Adventures Boat Hire straight across the road, we hired a boat for 4-5 hours for 120 euros, that was an amazing day cruising around in the sunshine and stopping at the different sights on the way to Cap Formentor. We ate at The Centric Restaurant a few nights, excellent food and service. Thank you Joan
