La struttura e la camera sono belle e pulite. L'unica pecca è la mancanza della piscina, dichiarata nella descrizione della struttura.

Ottima sistemazione a 10 minuti dalla cattedrale
Ottima struttura anche se non ha sala per la colazione. Manca solo qualcosa in più in camera (eravamo alla 47,attico) per poggiare la seconda valigia. Ricorderò sempre la fantastica fragranza che c’era all’interno della struttura 👍

Servizi moderni e atmosfera antica
Ottima struttura aperta solo 3 mesi fa. Ristrutturazione di un antico edificio dedicato a tessitura e vendita tessuti, da cui il nome. Bella la reception, il patio e la zona comune retrostante. Servizi moderni e ben realizzati (ascensore, chiavi elettroniche, ecc). Soggiornato nella junior suite di 40 mq con cucinino ben attrezzato, grande letto molto comodo e divano letto dove ha dormito nostra figlia di 4 anni. Personale gentile all'inverosimile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. La zona è molto centrale, vicino a Plaza Maior e al Sindicat. Da non sottovalutare il garage gratuito con ingresso proprio sotto all'edificio. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the location and the property. The building and suites are beautiful. The area is quiet and we slept very well. Would highly recommend and definitely will be back.

We loved how comfortable this hotel was and how modern the facilities were. It is very walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants and only a 15 min walk from the Cathedral. Parking is convenient and cost only 10 euros but it must be reserved ahead of time as spots are limited. The only thing missing would be if they provided breakfast but otherwise loved our stay here!

This was a very cute apartment. My 2 girlfriends and i stayed for just one night but would be a good place for several nights as it was quite spacious. The only comment is the glassed in shower in the middle of the apt that could maybe be all frosted glass instead of just partially frosted. Otherwise, no place.

Nice but no natural light
Very nice furnished apartment, close to the center. Unfortunately we had a suite with a small window up which means less natural light it felt like a prison as we couldn’t see anything so we couldn’t stay in the room much we only came at night to sleep we didn’t like complaining either as we were tired from our trip and we were leaving the next day Palma but for the money we would expect a suite with a window.. at least.

Fabulous rooms in a historical property just steps from all the sights and a convenient supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mini kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only problem is that taxi drivers don’t always recognise the name, so be sure to have the address open in maps.

Spacious and modern suites in a convenient quiet sidestreet in central Palma. We particularly enjoyed the in-house parking facilities. Just one complaints - the light switches in our room were placed right against the back of the bed, so that any pillow movement during the night would suddenly switch on all room lights - very annoying! Also wish they would change towels and refill coffee more often than once every three days. But overall, highly recommended!

La habitación era correcta, aunque las camas no nos parecieron muy cómodas. La limpieza algo justita. El edificio restaurado le da un aire especial y el personal fue muy amable.
