Tolles stylisches Hotel in ruhiger Seitenstraße, gutes Frühstücksbuffet (bis 11 Uhr), Dachterrasse mit Pool, Fitness. Alles, was man für eine Stadturlaub braucht und nur 10 Minuten zum Platz Juan Carlos.

Da dass Polizeirevier in direkter Nachbarschaft ist hört man viel Einsatzfahrzeuge. Der Speisesaal beim Frühstück ist eindeutig zu klein

Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel has a spa, sauna, gym, swimming, car park, and of the course the amazing breakfast buffet! Will definitely be returning to this hotel when we visit Palma again!

Tolles modernes Stadthotel, 15 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt oder zur Kathedrale. Zum A1 Airport Bus 3 min. Moderne Dusche, bequeme Betten, hervorragendes Frühstück. Tolle Dachterasse mit beheiztem Pool. Da wir schon um 6:00 Uhr zum Flieger mussten, wurde für uns ein kleines Frühstück vorbereitet. Alles wunderbar und unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Ett superfräscht hotell med bra läge i Santa Catalina. Nära såväl shopping som restaurangliv. Fantastisk frukostbuffé. Fräscha rum med bra städning. Fin takterrass med uppvärmd pool. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Wonderful stay in Palma with amazing breakfast
It was a very pleasant and wonderful stay. The hotel Protur Naisa is very modern and new. The room was specious. There was plenty of space in the wardrobe (even a lot coat hangers 😉) The hotel is perfectly situated. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Palma sieghtseein. The best was the incredible breakfast. It was lovely presented with little details. Also very clean and tidy. It was not overloaded. There was every day variation of cheese and meat. Also always plates with local stuff. The staff was extremely friendly. Even when it was busy with inpatient customers. I had also a massage and it was one (if not THE) of my best. I would come anytime again.

The hotel is clean, modern and has wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is well appointed, and most days, tasty. I would give the hotel high value for its location yet quiet ambience. The rooms are comfortable with comfortable beds. However, we struggled to keep the air conditioner on all night. As it goes on and off by temperature.

Mkt bra hotell på alla sätt
Protur NAisa Palma Hotel i Palma de Mallorca var mkt bra. Extremt trevlig personal i receptionen, härlig roof topp med liten pool, solstolar och bar. I källaren fanns dessutom en bubbelpool och ett gym. En mkt god frukost där det mesta fanns att välja på också. Bra rum. Toppenhotell helt enkelt.

Our third visit to this hotel and another wonderful trip! Love the hotel, it’s location is perfect and the rooftop area and bar is ideal for those sunny days relaxing, all within close proximity to everything you need. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough for you, every request is accommodated. A special thank you to Ernesto and Inma on Reception for all their assistance during our stay.

Check in was very slow due to procedure/system. Staff not to blame! Our third visit and on the two first stays we had a room towards the street. This time one to the yard, which was quite disapointing..
