“We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.”

“The property was okay. It doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was fine, check-in was easy. There were a lot of small oversights that could’ve been fixed to elevate the room/stay. For example, the first body towel I used had a tear in it along with 2 hairs (not ours) attached to it, there were scuff marks all over the walls and mirrors that could’ve been touched with paint and the clock in our room was off by a few hours.”

We had spiders in our room. We did ask for them to spray.
Staff was very good. The room was very comfortable and the view of the lake was Amazing. Did enjoy that there was a separate sitting room with a tv. Very good. ”

“Hotel was great. Its situated in a community that has plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed walking into the community and eating at the many restaurants. You wouldn't have to drive at all. Even the hotel has a restaurant. There's a little nostalgia to the hotel where it feels dated. They do a good job with maintaining property and everyone is so nice. There's no breakfast but there's plenty to eat nearby you can walk to. Only negative that's not the hotel fault is these...

“The room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned. The microwave in the dining room did not work. The breakfast was good, but they have a waffle iron and had no waffle batter. All in all it really wasn’t a bad stay. It was quiet. We got a good night sleep, I chalked everything else up as maybe they were understaffed or we’re just having an off day. I would probably stay there again.”
