“It was a great stay with my aged parents at C J Palazzio. The staff, right from reception, bell persons, room service, house keeping and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the driver informed that the accommodation given to them was good. The food (we had lunch) was very tasty. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread of all dishes with a live counter. Overall a very comfortable stay”

“Wasn’t Gods stay. Firstly they said don’t have booking confirmation, secondly no car parking space (parked car outside the hotel), thirdly no wifi ( said its not working ) and finally rude front desk staff.”

“On a very busy street. Rooms have narrow windows and the blinds have to be kept drawn since it faces nearby buildings. Hence the room feels closed in. The staff was very helpful and the food was really good”

“It was an amazing experience but the AC in room was not high enough and when I try to lower the temperature,I noticed that beyond some temperature, I couldn't lowered down from my remote. I could have called front desk and since it was at midnight,I really sleepy and don't want to wakeup. That was the only negative experience which I encountered,apart from these everything including hospitality,food were awesome especially hats off to the location.I have to shout out some of the names like...
