A slightly better equipped kitchen would have made property perfect, especially as we stayed in August and were not allowed to have a bbq due to fire risk. “This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional.”

“The villa is lovely. The property is amazing. Check-in and out were easy and the owners are very kind. The only complaint we really had with our stay was that it is probably not the best place to stay during the summer months when it is 95+ outside. The villa has no air conditioning and even the fans they provided us did not prepare us for the heat inside even late at night. The little house is very stylish and well equipped with a beautiful garden.The pool is on the terrace above around 20 metres from the house but it is very private with lovely trees around the pool area. “This is a charming getaway spot. It has wonderful spaces outside to lounge and enjoy the idyllic scenery, overlooking the mountainsides. Everything inside is tastefully decorated. The hosts were lovely and helpful. We had a refreshing break from city life. It exceeded our expectations. This will be one of our fondest memories of Italy.”
