“Staff entered my room without permission and without knocking. Just because hotel staff have keys does not mean they can enter a guest’s room whenever they want. Guest privacy should be a top priority for any hotel, and this behavior was completely unacceptable.
In addition, I am still trying to receive the $150 USD cash deposit that I paid at check-in. When I went to check out, no staff member was available. I was told that if I wanted my refund, I should leave the key inside the room and wait...
