“A well positioned hotel with comfortable beds and good water pressure and hot water. Although we booked a standard room we were allocated one with a big terrace. The views across the valley were lovely. There was an issue over payment which was resolved very quickly and professionally. We had a good (included) breakfast but did not eat supper here as we were too hungry to wait for 9pm when they opened.”

“With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any.”

“Il vantaggio di questo hotel è la sua collocazione . L’hotel si trova nel centro storico di Plasencia. La struttura è molto semplice, la pulizia non sempre è risultata adeguata . Gli spazi sono molto ridotti, anche il locale per la colazione può ospitare poche persone inoltre l’accesso non può avvenire prima delle 8, quindi se si hanno degli impegni di lavoro è praticamente impossibile far colazione, in ogni caso anche la colazione è molto semplice. ”
