“New and clean. Perfect stay”

“Easy parking, Starbucks, Panera and a grocery store nearby. First room had an unpleasant odor and we asked to be moved. The staff was helpful. Unfortunately, our second room smelled of cigarettes. Perhaps the air filters need to be changed?”

“The property was well situated with amenities nearby. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay and the ceiling leaked in our room, causing all the clothing I had hanging in the closet area to get soaked.”

“Very grateful that this hotel had an actual functional (non-Tesla!) EV charger, albeit only one that was working. I am lucky that no one else was using it, since it was a Level 2 charger and I needed to charge from my arrival at 4 until midnight to get the charge I needed for the following day's trip. There were actually two chargers but only one seemed to work - it would be great if the hotel would fix the other one. Schenectedy is a sketchy city and I was hit up by a panhandler in the parking...
