“This flat was NOT what is pictured. There was no washer, no place to store clothing, it stunk, and the couch was not the sofa bed in the pictures or as originally described. We canceled upon walking into the flat. The host and stay company still have reimbursed me for the stay, even though it has been over 30 days. “Our experience at this property was disappointing due to serious cleanliness and communication issues. When we arrived, the flat had clearly not been cleaned: there were hairs in the shower, toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, no sheets on the bed, and no towels provided.
