“The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. ”

“We love this property. We stay here when we come to visit our son and daughter in law in NY! So spacious! Clean! Property is starting to show some wear otherwise we feel very clean when staying here!”

“The property felt new, and the staff, particularly Talia, were very friendly. I didnt like the bathroom dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc. The squeeze bottles were very tough to use, especially if they were more than half empty. ”

“We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. “I booked two rooms for two nights I booked a month ahead of my stay. I called twice to verify my stay. I get there to find out they booked my two rooms on two different floors. When I complained about it the manger told me that it's not a guarantee to get rooms next to each other. After literally 15 minutes they were able to get me rooms next to each other and when I mention I had more kids coming because I booked for six children and only show up with two I was yelled at that there are no...

“I never got to go I tried to cancel and the hotel told me to call Expedia then I called Expedia and they kept me on the phone for over an hour and then just hung up . I did purchase the insurance and they didn’t even honor that !! Truly disappointing ”

“El hotel necesita ser renovado, luce descuidado. El desayuno es pobre, durante mi estancia solo había café descafeinado y pase 6 días en este hotel. Solo una vez recibí servicio de limpieza en la habitación. La administración debe prestar atención a los servicios que supuestamente ofrecen. El personal es amable.”
