Una volta che passo dentro, si innamorerà di questo stand-alone casa di nuova costruzione situato sulla Sierra Star Golf Course. Questa casa in stile artigiano si trova nel più recente quartiere residenziale di Mammoth immerso nella foresta con periodo estivo vista campo da golf. Vicino distanza dal centro principale della città presso il Villaggio. La casa offre finiture di alto livello in tutto con decorazioni di montagna meravigliosi e ora offre la propria vasca idromassaggio privata sul ponte al piano di sopra! Lo spazio al piano di sotto vive dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e, grande stanza di fango e lavanderia. Al piano superiore si trova lo spazio abitativo principale con un gourmet ben fornito "cuochi" cucina, tavolo da pranzo per 8-10 ospiti, e un soggiorno aperto circondato da vetrate e luce. Qui troverete anche il grande master suite con tanto di bagno di lusso che dispone di una vasca da vasca idromassaggio e doccia. lenzuola di lusso orpelli morbide sono su ogni nuovo letto dandovi la più rilassante notte di sonno che avete avuto in un lungo periodo di tempo! I proprietari hanno pensato a tutto per rendere questa casa il GO a Mammoth fuga in modo da poter creare ricordi indimenticabili con amici e familiari anno dopo anno. Sappiamo che vi piacerà stare qui in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno!

Conflict with the property manager
The bed frame in one of the King downstairs room was broken and I requested to have it fixed on the friday but no one came so we had to figure out how to fix the bed so that it could be slept in, by finding pieces of wood in the garage to make the mattress stable. There was also 2 garbage bags left in the garage from the previous guests. Also, the bathroom in the bunk bed room was not available for our use as it was locked from the inside. I found the property manager difficult to deal with. I had asked if we could have a late checkout prior to our arrival, the response was as long as there were no guests coming in after us, it would be fine. When we called to confirm the late checkout, we encountered an unpleasant terse response that I would have to pay $25 an hour beyond the 10am check out. I found this to be shocking especially with our having to deal with the broken bed, trash in the garage and the locked bathroom door.

Excellent stay
We liked staying in this big and clean house. Kids loved the bunk beds, playing the numerous card games, and walking around a quiet neighborhood.

Our second time here
This was our second time staying in this cabin. The cabin is very nice and is located in a great spot, close to the village. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working (we come up at least once per year, and always in a property with a hot tub). We placed a call and text message to the management company and did not receive a response until the next day. At which time we were told they would send out the spa guy to take a look. by the afternoon, the spa guy hadn't showed up and we reached out again. The response we got was that the spa guy isn't their employee and they have no idea when he will get there, but that he was going to come. He finally came, when we weren't there. Didn't leave us anything to know he had been there and again we had to reach out to see what was going on. We were then told that there was a broken part on the spa (don't remember exactly what part she said it was), but that they had to order it and she had no idea when it would be repaired. Needless to say, it wasn't repaired while we were there. Nobody ever followed up with us to let us know, or to apologize for not having something working that we had planned on using, or to say or offer anything in consolation. Complete and total lack of concern for whether or not we were satisfied.. I don't think it should be my responsibility as a consumer to have to ask or suggest for the management company to make things right (also the main TV in the living room was not and would not connect to the internet, but we already knew they wouldn't do anything to resolve it). So, although the house was nice and we would most likely have rented numerous times in the future, I doubt that we will ever rent this one or any other property managed by Ready 4 Rentals again. Not because the hot tub wasn't working, more so because of the total lack of concern as to whether or not we were taken care of.

The house and neighborhood was beautiful! We did have some trouble with the spa heating up. But other then that everything was great!

Really great place to stay
The property is in a really quaint neighborhood on the golf course. The house is really nice, clean and has a perfect Kitchen and Upstairs space for Community. The outdoor decks, chairs and Hot Tub also make this a great place for any family or families to have a really special time together. I'd come back here for sure. We really loved it.

The property was clean and well maintained except the hot tub water. The water was cloudy and the chemicals were low. We did finally get someone to come and add chemicals. Also the lower rack in the dishwasher did not stay on it track, the wheels kept falling off. The rack was difficult to get to back on and difficult to roll.

Beautiful cabin in a stunning location
This was a beautiful clean cabin located at walking distance to the town center. Stunning surroundings. Perfect for a group of 10. Unfortunately the communication with the management was poor. It was hard to reach them and has to wait for a while for a response from them if any. Also with they were more rigid on check and check out. Other than that everything else was great!
