This spacious condo has two master bedrooms, one of them with a King bed, an extra sink area, closed big balcony for some extra space, new flooring, newly painted, and new furniture. Rent this perfect place in the edge of the mountain!
The master bedroom offers a king bed, big closets, flat TV, plenty of lights, and also mountain views.
In the second bedroom you will find a bunk bed with a queen and a twin, and an additional twin bed.
In the living room you have a queen sofa bed, and a comfy leather sofa, books, board games, a smart TV, and a cozy fire if you want.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and you have an additional sink.
The condo offers a perfect equipped kitchen and a large table for your meals.
You can enjoy two parking spots, one of them in the garage close to the elevator, three jacuzzis, a pool with astonishing views, sauna, bbq area in the garden, a washing machine and drier; Everything you need for your dream vacation!

Great location! Super comfortable!

We had a great time in Mammoth. It was so nice to be able to walk to Eagle Lodge. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Condo is super comfortable!

President’s weekend

Awesome place! Check in couldn’t have been any easier and the condo was super clean with a great layout. It was only couple minute walk to eagle chair lift. This is probably the best place we’ve stayed at up here in mammoth. Thankyou grace for renting to us.

Family Ski Memories

We loved everything about your house, from the cozy, mountain-themed decor and cleanliness, to the close proximity to Eagle Lodge and its hot tub/pool. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to make all your meals and there were many comfortable sleeping options. We had a wonderful holiday stay with our family. Nice but . . .

Very enjoyable. Beautiful pine tree view. Rating would have been higher but construction kept the pool area closed and the construction cranes, trucks, etc. used up the nearby extra parking which was a problem due to limited mobility of a member of our party. We would stay here again.

Great for spring skiing

I stayed with my spouse and sister and we had a great week of spring skiing. Property manager was great, answered questions and even accommodated an early check in. We had the walk to eagle chairlift timed at 6 minutes, and the property was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended.

Short walk to Eagle, great hosts, great place!

Just spent 3 evenings at this lovely condo. Unfortunately the power went out in a section of Mammoth, and our condo was affected. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. When the power went back on, we could enjoy the beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable, place was clean, and we'll definitely be back. Best part was the location-we could easily walk each morning to Eagle Lodge.

Great Location

Very nice, quiet condo close to the Eagle Lodge and chairlift. Plenty of kitchenware for preparing our own meals. The underground parking was a bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

Ski vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. It is in a convenient location and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Parking was convenient in the parking garage. The property was very spacious and the rooms are big so perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Mammoth to go skiing.

Spacious gem

This property is exactly as described. Two b8g bedrooms, the trudle bed qas 3 levels and very comfortable. The property is well stocked with dishes and utensils. We go to MM 2x a year. This property is a keeper. Its been very disappointing with other properties. Thanks to the owner/manager. We will stay there again!!

Spacious and well appointed

Very spacious and large rooms. Two bedrooms and two full baths and a full kitchen. Just what we like for our vacation! Assigned indoor parking was a nice feature as well.

SoCal Famuly Getaway

The location near Eagle lodge and the walking/bike path was ideal for our family. The layout of the condo unit is ideal in that the master bedroom is spacious and has nice lighting and room for your belongings, as well as great airflow for hot/warm days that become cold nights when you open the windows. The 2nd (full) bathroom is convenient for privacy if those that may use the bedroom as well as the livingroom couch to sleep, because the bathroom has 2 entries, both with their own sinks. This was ideal for us, with a 16 yr old daughter and 21 yr old son, for their privacy. The only suggestion I'd make is to communicate in advance where guests can lockup their bikes, as the bike storage in the garage is locked and only for owner use, per the on-site property manager. We ended up locking our bikes to the handrail in the garage but outside the bike storage room. The property manager was okay with this, but if you have an expensive bike you may want something more secure. Overall we were satisfied and would stay here again.

Very spacious 2 bedroom condo. Only a 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge.

The unit is remodeled and great, all around. Big rooms, big beds, nice bathrooms, nice open kitchen. Everything was very clean. The assigned underground parking was key and it's steps away from the elevator. 5 minute walk to Eagle. One con: You're allotted a second parking space if you can find one somewhere around the complex. When we stayed here (March 2023) there was so much snow that, for the entire complex, I could only spot 5-6 "overflow" parking spots and they were already taken. So if you come with 2 vehicles, you'll probably be able to figure it out but it'll take some timing/luck. All in all, a fantastic place and I would 100% stay there again and will look to by the end of this season.

Convenient location for ski trip

The unit was well maintained and clean, and communication with Grace and Daniel were very easy and timely. They were very understanding of some travel delays we had due to snow storms and road closures, which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend given that it's a 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge which is super convenient!
