Cozy condo in a highly desirable location in the center of town! Walking distance from restaurants, stores, and bars as well as the red line, and minutes from the Mammoth Mountain Ski resort. Property features a spacious master bedroom with a TV and a work station for those “working from home,” an enclosed loft that makes for a cozy second bedroom with two twin beds, two full bathrooms, sleeper sofa, washer and dryer in the unit, balcony, WiFi and cable TV with Netflix, Disney plus, and Hulu, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful community pool and jacuzzi are on site as well. The unit has been completely refurnished with brand new everything including mattresses and linens. Here you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay and if you don’t- we are happy to provide it for you.

Worked Just Fine

Everything worked out great. Property was clean, check-in went fine, liked the location, etc. My two concerns were: 1) 2nd bedroom is for kids. An adult needs to stoop and watch hitting their heads. I didn't realize this from listing. 2) Our group was fine with stairs up to front door BUT had I taken my dad, which was a consideration, that would have been a concern. All said, this worked out fine and I would consider renting again knowing now what we were getting.

Amazing home away from home in Mammoth

This was the best property we have stayed at, whether on VRBO or another more popular rental app. Kitchen was the most well-stocked of any we have seen, good if you want to cook like you are really living at home while vacationing in Mammoth. Everything was extremely well-kept and cleaned well. The owner truly cares about this and it shows. Location was nice and very quiet despite being walking distance to the old mammoth downtown area. Would definitely choose to stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back to Mammoth.

This place was super clean and I loved how it provided all the essentials and met our expectations and beyond! Stephanie was so prompt in replies and her instructions were so accurate and easy! Would love to return to this cozy place next time we visit Mammoth!

Great Location, Clean and Well Setup!

Perfect location for our ski week. We prefer to be closer to stores and restaurants. This is an easy location to access and park. Host was quick with any answers to our questions. Smooth check in and check out. Condo was very clean and organized. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Comfortable, Charming Gem

Immaculate, well appointed condo! Had every imaginable amenity we could have possibly needed. Centrally located to food (especially breweries!) and shops, not to mention all the scenic parks and recreation areas. Had a few questions when we arrived and Stephanie was super responsive and extremely helpful. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

Loved this place! Everything was really clean and we had everything we needed and then some. They had tons of toys and games which the kids loved. The coffee bar was awesome. I can’t believe how many different ways there are to make coffee, but however you like it- they have it! The host was very accommodating and communicated really quickly. Could not have asked for more! Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice Condo, Great Location, Great Value

We really enjoyed our time here. It was very clean and well supplied. Check in/Check out was easy. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. The liquor store next door had all the local breweries and great bottles of wine. The taco place across the street is the best Mexican food in mammoth. The village was about a mile away and we could either drive or take the shuttle which was nice. Host was very quick to respond to all my questions and was even able to accommodate some of my needs before we arrived. Now that we found this place, I think we'll be visiting Mammoth a lot more often!

Mammoth Weekend Getaway!

First and foremost, it was a pleasure communicating with the owner, Stephanie. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was carefree and comfortable. She made sure our check-in was a breeze and getting into the property was so easy. The place was spotless and cozy. We really liked that the condo had great parking right by the entrance and close to all the grocery stores and restaurants. I would recommend this place and will be our first choice when visiting Mammoth.

Great Value!

Really appreciated how clean everything was. The beds were super comfortable. I liked the white bedding. Felt like a hotel not like I was sleeping in someone else’s bed. Everything was fresh and new. The host had so many thoughtful touches and really made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. She even had cookies waiting for me in the kitchen. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The location could not be better. I didn’t even have to drive anywhere things were so close. Great value. This is going to be my go-to place in mammoth now. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean! And perfect location

With Covid we've been a little scared to stay somewhere other than home. Especially that has people in and out. This place was immaculate. Which I'm a stickler for even pre-covid. And I'm loving Mammoth's regulations that there has to be 24 hrs in-between guests. This place has a light and airy feel to it. We went mid Oct and only had the heat on one night. And it got too hot! That's a huge plus. Love the architect of the ceilings. It is close to everything. Grocery store, liquor store and places to eat. All within walking distance. Stephanie was quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again.
